★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering from Panago at Redpath and Eglinton, and definately my last. Business going right back to my usual pizzaria.
As I write, an hour and a half and counting and the pizza hasn't even hit the oven yet according to customer service (Cassandra). Customer service was not helpful and ended the chat abruptly and without warning. I was not rude. At the end I advised that they lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A more progressive version of Pizza Hut. This place specializes in personal pan pizzas but with high quality organic ingredients. The prices aren't too bad and their lunch special is only $7 for any of their 8 inch pizzas. I ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza which did not have a lot of meat but was flavorful and had a nice crispy crust with a fluffy and chewy interior. The crust is also not as oily as Pizza Hut's. Overall, pretty good for a fast food pizza place.

Pickup process was as smooth as it can be as the order was ready on time.
Pizza tastes amazing. Will come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to eat chicken Pizza ! Look at the pictures and see if thek suppose to be liek this ! Whole topping falls off as we are suppose to eat. The guy at counter is hella rude ! Instead of understanding he blames !!
Management should teach some customer service. Giving refund is not the solution.

We were hungry and wanted pizza. Dropped into Panago pizza on a whim. The place is small and quaint. Some sit down counters along the window. The kitchen is open and looks clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ordered the small Panago Classic. It was ready in 10 minutes.
The pizza was pretty good looking. It wasn’t soggy. And there were ample toppings on the pizza. The crust had a nice springiness to it. There were no burnt spots and was delicious.
Is it a “wow” pizza? No. But definitely better than most other pizza chains out there.
