I love how this place is on Ritual. Life saver. The ability to add unlimited toppings is amazing!! I had to hold myself back from adding everything. I am not a fan of the extremely thin crust though. I love a thin and sturdy crust that will hold up as I eat it but here, because it’s actually made like a real pizza, the crust is extremely thin and you have to eat it with a knife and fork. Just my personal preference.

Crust is chewy and basically plain dough. Person making the pizza was very stingy with the cheese, had to ask twice and still didn't put enough. Overall not really worth it, there are far better options in the same price range.

Very clean and beautiful spot! They have plenty of seating inside as well as a nice outdoor patio. I ordered a personalized 'naked' gluten-free pizza. They did not have any dairy-free cheese which was disappointing--but the crust and toppings were absolutely delicious. Cooked, the dough is thin and crispy. The crust is soft and fluffy with a slight crunch to it. I topped my pizza with mushrooms, red onions, spinach and red roasted peppers. Keep in mind that this was a bit pricey ($20) but it's fine to indulge once in a while!

great quality usually. they do offer TRUE unlimited toppings and they are all good. however I highly recommend not getting delivery as even a 5 min walk away you get cold pizza

*4.5 My favourite type of pizza is margarita pizza, so I was really excited to find an option that was also true to authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. I’ve had the pizza many times and it’s consistently good. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is amazingβ€”super crispy and has a slight charred flavour which brings out the sweetness of the tomato sauce. It is definitely a thin-crust pizza, so if you’re a fan of β€œlight” pizza, you’ll enjoy this. They also have an option for unlimited toppings, which I’m looking forward to trying just to switch things up a bit. Their Sweet Pi option is also greatβ€”it’s completely customizable and quite good. I’m docking .5 stars because while it’s good, it’s not very consistent. Sometimes it’s great, and other times I’ve found that they’ve skimped on the toppings/filling. All in all, great pizza and the fact that they’re on Ritual helps to make for a quick transaction.

Tried PiCo in Pi Day and definitely enjoyed the Margherita! Great, quick service from friendly staff, and the crust was delightfully thin

If the dough/crust tasted better I would have given it 5 stars. The crust was dry and flavorless so if you come here I recommend getting something to dip your crust in. I am aware that this is neopolitan style but I had better. No issue with the ingredients Pi Co has many options and they do a great job at cooking the pizza at perfect temperature. For the same price range you can go to blaze pizza and get more value for your buck.
