Dr. Kong has been wonderful - she’s very personable, takes the time to explain what she’s doing and answer questions, and is gentle with her cleanings. Her staff are also lovely and accommodating, and her office couldn’t be more conveniently located (right by Eglinton subway station)! I would definitely refer any of my friends or family to her without hesitation.

Dr Kong is top-notch, professional, she explains all the procedures very clearly and always put me at ease. She takes good care of me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff, assistants, and Dr. Kong were very pleasant to deal with. They worked as a team and truly put their patients needs first. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Kong was incredibly receptive to my dental needs in a timely fashion. This is the first dental practice where both the dentist and assistant debriefed me on what exactly they were working on accompanied by various options that were thoroughly explained. Dr. Kong's practice is certainly 10/10 and I highly recommend anyone to visit her. Looking forward to seeing them again.

The new Town Smiles Dental office is a very comfortable space, and the level of attention to strict Covid-19 protocols is reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kong and Town Smiles Dental to a friend or family member. Top tier service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional environment. Dr. Kong is very patient with my 6-year old and explained every step nicely. They also set up the Netflix show for my little girl at the small TV above her head. Perfect distraction for young kids. The whole experience is really good.
