St. Louis Bar & Grill

Smooth pick up. They have a pick up window set up inside the Atrium Mall which is very convenient. Waitress was attentive. Fries were crispy and the wings were well covered in sauce (ordered the honey garlic - my go to and highly recommend). Would have given 5 stars but they used to be more generous with the garlic dill dipping sauce. You could ask for extra dip and it was free. Now they charge for it. And the quality of the wings depends on the location. This location has been pretty consistent though. Ordered here many times - dine in and take out.

Pub ambience is nice to chill and hang out in. Not too loud, a little of a buzz. Many many screens for those interested in sports! the cocktails here are delicious!!. service was good, the server was friendly and checked on us often. food was awesome too, great choice of wing flavours and the fries were golden and crispy.

Worse and really sad experience! I went with a group of friends, our server Cassandra at the very beginning told us that she would add the tip because we were 7 peoples, I respect that! also she told us that she would made only basic drinks, no cocktails! I tough was probably for the time! The service wasn’t the best no waters just the drinks that we got and we ask few times for more water! When she came with the bills, I ask her for my bill and she told me to wait for the machine, she past me the machine with the tip already there and she said that’s the amount with the tip, but in my paper bill wasn’t include, I took a copy of the machine and also of the bill! I work as a server too, so I know how things work and I will never go back, so she add it cuz we speak in other language ? Now I understand why she was little nervous, if she will put gratuity that’s fine usually is 6 or 8 which is fine, and was good that she let everyone know but about what she did.. doing on the machine and 20% tip When the service was horrible! But I get it isn’t just her is boh too, but if she would put gratuity because we were 7ppl that should be on our bill gratuity! I get it she didn’t do it because she was looking for more %, gratuity most of the time the do before tax, and also my brother ask for water 3 times and she forgot so he went to the bar and ask her for water there because we were living, and by that time like closing wasn’t busy at all I thing our table and a single other table we were the only ones.

Tried the all you can eat boneless wings. They serve me dry and cold chicken nuggets, and the server ignores us when I ask for something. Soft drink is not free refills. When we ask for food, the server rudely tell us you have to finish everything, even though the fries were cold when served. I doubt why did I even ask for refills when the food is so bad…….. I strongly suggest don’t get the all you can eat.

Good quality pub standards prepared excellently. Fries were the best ever, crispy and prepared to perfection. All the food l saw looked great. My wife had a chicken salad which was great too. Service was efficient and courteous. I highly recommend it.

Terrible. Ordered on skip the dishes. Fries are soggy. Wings are so dry and overcooked. Almost no sauce. . We ordered 2lbs of wings but one box is missing half the wings (received 4 total). If you want to get scammed, order here. Unbelievable.

UPDATE: Immediate response for the manager. Constructive feedback make as better if we take it seriously. Thank you. Our experience was so disappointed. We ordered 3 dishes, garlic sticks, boneless chicken wings and French fries and we wait for more than 40 minutes for that order. The restaurant wasn't full. When I approached a server asking for the food " I understand you are busy but we have been waiting for 40 minutes already can you please check the status of our order" and she replied " they're people waiting more than you, it's not under my control" and walked away!! We received the food after 10 minutes more, the only good thing was the garlic sticks, the wings had no sauce at all. I even had to go near the bar to get some plates and ketchup. I would not recommend going to this restaurant ?.

Better than I could expect! Spacious enough for all sports fans, not overcrowded even for the fight night. Large screens, well located for every guest to see the sport events. The food is very good .yummy mushroom soup and large mandarin salad. Sangria was also very good! We'll definitely be back again with friends to watch the next sports event. My best recommendations.
