A	Ayangleima Laishram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at a Condo here in my Toronto visit. The building is right in the centre of the city. It is near to TTC College subway which is a local train station that is 10minutes walk from the building. It is near to the Toronto sign as well, may be around 15-20minutes walk.

They are such a large corporation (Del Condominiums) and I have been trying for weeks to get in touch. My emails are ignored and every phone call I make is someone who says they will "call back". I have been waiting 2 days for a "call back". My case was even placed as urgent and I have heard nothing. Worst customer service I have ever thought could grace this earth.
S	SPCOM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ironically, they have one very unhelpful and impolite concierge (usually in the morning) and one very enthusiastic and friendly concierge, which often results in inconsistent information and inconveniences when you need help from the building. No one would like to always run to bother the office especially when in urgency. The service and attitude from the morning concierge is absolutely not acceptable: not only enough/clear information is provided but when he cannot help(does not look like he is trying to help) he does not even say a "sorry" not to mention "thank you". Even the manager apologizes when they can't help and the new training concierge is much nicer and enthusiastic than this one. Terrible experience and waste of time.
G	Garet Wilde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent building/amenities, terrible management. Concierge seem to be friends of management, 30% of them have the required service skills for the job. If you want to be treated like a customer who shows up at closing hrs, this is your spot!

I had a big issue with a concierge who is (coincidentally) not working here anymore and Michelle was horrendously unprofessional over the phone. She said “we all know each other around here and no one will believe you, good luck with that” when I asked about how to report an incident. She was actually right; I reported it and nothing ever happened. I have a hard time explaining how disgusted I was by her childish behaviour, it was so irritating. Grow up.
T	Toronto visitor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tridel is the No. 1 developer in Toronto. It is an amazing building! The location is convenient and the facilities in the building are great. The management personnel are also very friendly. Except for a woman with white hair, she's really bad. Everyone except her is very good . The only thing is that the elevator can't go directly to the parking lot. You need to transfer on floor G. when you have a lot of things in your hand, you will be helpless.
