★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for decent sales, but not sure how often as this was my first visit. Got a nice pair of sketchers for 70 bucks and had a decent selection to choose from. Was helped when I asked someone but it was pretty busy in there, process was fairly quick... just have to wait for them to bring out the shoes for you to try on.

They had a lot of variety and I was helped out by a lovely young woman with short hair - I didn't catch her name, but she was super helpful and patient, even though there was quite a few other people in the store. Found a pair of sketchers and for a good price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is brutal! Needed to urgently buy a pair of boots for my kid. Called the Eaton Centre store to find out if I can buy a pair and pick it up same day. I understand that the pandemic has changed their procedures and there may be less employees working. I left a message on their voicemail and never got a call back. I called several times and nobody ever picks up their phone. I chatted online with a customer service rep and they did say the store is open for business. This is a good reminder to never shop in big box stores. I ended up going to a local small business shop; paid a tiny bit more, but their customer service was top notch. I will never be shopping at soft moc again!

I chose the ‘’ pick up today’’ and i supposed to picked them up in the softmoc eaton centre. I went to the store and they told me the order is not even shipped yet! (Without even notifying me by email) I explained that i chose the ‘’pickup today’’ option because i need those shoes immidiately. After long debate asked them to just cancel the whole transaction because im not be able to come and pick them up in upcoming days because my working hours has conflict with their store hours. They told me that they cant refund my money since they dont have physical shoes!! I asked to talk to the manager and he/she refused to come and talk to me. At the end, i was told that our work is different than the website!!!!!
So the lesson is this: customers should never trust the website at all! I recommend everyone not to buy from this brand even if it is so cheap. It was disaster. Never ever buying from softmoc. I wish i could have given them 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap. Poor quality. Bought a pair of boots,$160 on sale, looked good but during walking the seams around the ankle ripping skin off. Mink oiled, no improvement then put in a closet. A year later softer and wore them, after a short while they leaked water through holes from the sole to inside of shoe, on both shoes. Hollow soles that have no thickness. I can understand air pockets for cushioning, but there are not pockets and the sole has no material. Only reason not to have fully formed soles on the top and bottom (not cardboard on top) is cost savings for them and poor quality for consumers. Never had a shoe or boot leak like this no matter how old they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the store it has a lot to offer but then some staff aren’t very helpful they sound rude.
I was here to find Steel toe shoes CSA approved but they have Redback shoes and Blunderstone shoes that start +200$.
However I like the Ugg’s collection they have for winter and Boots collection.
They have a good range of vans but they are usually expensive and they don’t offer any sale on Boxing Day as one of the guy working there told me.
They shoes are nicely kept and the store is spacious and clean
