★ ★ ★ ★ ★ READ BEFORE BUY ONLINE will never shop at this store again. their Online Store sales and policies is ridiculous compared to every other leading brand which offer you a full refund.
Bought items and their click and collect process sends you so many emails that it’s like spam when you really just need one pick up email.

I bought 3 jackets and was forced to exchange in store in one transaction NO Store Credits OR you need ship back yourself pay shipping and they charge you $9.90 + Tax. Such a greedy company!!! Spent hundreds here and never again.
All associates jsut say I don’t know it’s online policy I don’t know I don’t know and play dumb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How have I not discovered this place sooner! Simple, sturdy clothing for outdoors, in the office, and lounging at home. Good quality materials and respectable prices (lots of sale items!). I'm a US size 10-12 and fit in most of the large sizes - plenty of selection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They had a shirt online that was on sale, but it wouldn't have come in time for an interview. I went to this location and went to purchase it instead. It scanned at a higher price, I showed them the price stated online and they wouldn't match. I work retail, if I just point blank said no, I'd be in an office getting chewed out. I spoke to a manager called Stella who was apologetic, but did absolutely nothing to help me. Awful customer service.
Edit: the company gave me a coupon to use as an apology for the experience, no questions asked and very quickly, after I emailed their customer service team about the experience I had. I can't complain at all at how their offisite customer service team handled this. So the review score is purely aimed at this location in particular

Mediums are always out of stock relative to other sizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ton of selections. Moderately priced. Good quality clothing. Fast, friendly service. There was a line up at cash but it moved quickly. A couple of levels in this store so be prepared to be here at least 30 minutes, especially if you're not shopping for just your self.

This location offers a vast array of clothing choices for adults and children at very reasonable prices too.
Loved their men's apparel styles and fabric choices.
Friendly staff and lots of them too.
Almost 3 levels of shopping to be enjoyed.
