Special thanks to Lisa for helping me and always going above and beyond, she took extra care with helping me select a belt for a wedding gift on my most recent visit! Definitely a more personal experience than the Yorkdale location. If you’re looking to shop Gucci shop here!!
A	Amy Nicole Angodung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lackluster experience. I recall visiting this location on my last trip to Toronto and the selection was okay. Salespeople were very pushy but also spoke to you like you didn't belong in the store. I recently did an over-the-phone purchase for a bag to be delivered to me, and the first salesperson I spoke to was so kind! She answered all my questions and ensured I felt comfortable with the whole experience especially since I was passing on credit card information over the phone. However, the actual lady who took care of actually processing my sale left me feeling a little forgotten. I was clear that my purchase was going to be a gift and I needed it by a certain date so I needed it delivered via 2-day express, and it did not ship until 3 days after I paid. She also left processing my transaction to the end of the day when I called in the morning and then proceeded to tell me both my cards were denied after I called the bank twice to ensure the transaction would be processed without trouble. She also failed to provide me with tracking information when I had asked twice. That's kind of important when you're mailing thousands of dollars worth of product. Our whole interaction left me feeling like she didn't care to service me and like she didn't really want my sale. Kind of disappointing considering I spent few thousand dollars - when you're spending this kind of money you expect to be treated like a priority. Whether you're there physically or not.

The other sales associates are very welcoming and friendly as well. ? She helped me out with my first ever designer purchase and I've been a fan of her (and the store) ever since! She's very attentive to detail and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted each time I visited the location. It's such a treat to shop with Lisa. Thank you so much Lisa! ❤️

I walked in not sure about what to expect and met Maria (she is the manager), she was welcoming and full of joy and positivities. She patiently showed me what I wanted to see and gave me some recommendations (and many compliments ?). Plus, Maria was so elegant and knowledgeable about the brand. I couldn’t ask for more. The store wasn’t big but it was well organized and clean. I am not a huge fan of Gucci but just because of how my experience went, I’m looking forward to getting more items from this location. See how that bow ? was perfect ?? She took extra time to nicely pack my purchase with care ???. **I also received Nordstrom points with my purchase, that the best part! Haha

Ask for Cindy, she’s one of the most kindest sales staff I’ve ever met, continuously going over and beyond her expected role and duties! Not only has Cindy help me start my new Gucci collection she introduce my niece and nephew to a higher standard of fashion! Maria, store manager and Shirley, assistant manager are awesome, can’t wait till spring so I can them my Harley Davidson. Cindy and Cassandra are absolutely amazing and are hands down my fave.. although walking in there the entire staff seemed very friendly and approachable, Cass and Cindy came to me and helped me and I couldn't be happier they chose me! the experience was amazing and seamless and I absolutely will be back to grab more Gucci items from case or Cindy ! thanks again !

I needed a repair on my purse and she just went above and beyond with customer service. She offered a few options and when the time came she followed up quickly. I honestly felt like I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared for and understood my situation. I would most definitely purchase my next Gucci purse from this location and from Cassandra.. although walking in there the entire staff seemed very friendly and approachable.
