Beautiful little store. Staff were helpful and quite informative, willing to assist us as serious customers. Selection is strongly limited! This is part of how the brand operates, so don't be expecting to walk in and find a specific item in your size, specifically.

The porter looked a me without doing anything while I was struggling to open the door with my hands full of shopping bags. Once I entered, he watched me non-stop from the front of the store as if I was gonna steel something even though I had a a couple of Coach and Louis Vuitton shopping bags. When I went to exit the store, he did the exact same thing.

Saw a friend's boots after one season and they are terrible quality. Company will not stand by their product. BEWARE!

The store manager Caroline is super rude towards customers. It was absolutely an awful experience shopping at this store. Would never consider going back. I rather go to other Moncler store for better service.

Terrible quality product and customer service. If you want a product that lasts or a company that honours their warranty, do not choose Moncler!

My mom and I went multiple times so she could get her jacket. The previous experience we had wasn't so good since we felt snubbed by the sales manager. It was like she didn't even want to acknowledge us. She was also supposed to text us when a certain product was back in stock but never did and we had to find out online that the store had it. Today, we were assisted by Gabriel who perfectly accommodated my mother despite him being very tired that day. He even accomodated us despite having to help other customers. He brought out multiple jackets for my mom to try and was very helpful to her when picking the jacket she bought. If it weren't for Gabriel my review would not be a 5 star. So if you're looking to purchase from this branch look for Gabriel!

The reason why I gave this one star is that the manager service attitude of this store is very poor and hateful. This is how it happened. I bought a Down Jacket Vest in this store two days ago. Since I very liked it at that time, I immediately cut the label. Today, I found that the interlayer in my pocket was broken. I thought I could not change it since I already wear it, so I went to ask if I could repair it. After I went in, I told a salesperson and he agreed to repair it for me. I asked how long it would take to repair it. He said he was not sure. I'm afraid this hole will get bigger in the future, so I chose to repair it. At this time, the manager came over. She said she couldn't feel any damage. She also said nothing broken. She told me that I could continue to wear it. I was already very upset when I found I bought a defective product. I only asked to repair it for me, but she said I could continue to wear it. She always emphasize nothing broken to me. I have just explained to another sales that he can feel the hole, I can feel the hole, but you can't feel it? Finally, I said I don’t want to talk to you. Whatever I said, you will still tell me nothing broken. Then she walked away and continued to serve the next client, leaving me to wait for a long time. And no one comes to me and help me for this problem. My boyfriend came in and saw that I was still waiting. He asked them if it is appropriate to serve the next client before you haven’t figured it out the problem of the last client. Is this appropriate? They answered: Yes, it is. The manager herself said her name is Caroline, which is the worst sales I've ever met. Because of the manager's service in this store, I don't want to buy anything in this store at all. Now when I think of my down jacket, I will think of this hateful manager. I don't even want to wear it. In this way, the down jacket just bought for two days was sent in for repair for two weeks. What a stupid shopping experience!

Garbage service. Boots started falling apart and discolouring after a month. They will not offer their "warranty" as its under wear and tear. Do these pics look like 1 month of wear and tear?
