E	Elliot Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality Canadian clothing store, exactly what you need to get through those cold Winter months. This store is large, well kept and where I got an extremely comfortable woollen “dad sweater”. Definitely a recommend despite being on the pricey side.

I went to this location to exchange and they were so helpful. I ended up settling on a pair of MENS sweats in a different style than I had originally purchased, however despite the fact that I was not exchanging them for the same thing, it was no problem at all to get a straight exchange at the same price as what I paid on Black Friday. Many other stores wouldn't let you do that. They were so kind helpful and in such a good mood, I can only recommend this location. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff were super friendly and happily called a couple of stores to get a sweatshirt dress in my size. Perfect spot for tourists wanting a Canadian souvenir (t-shirts, sweats and beautifully designed leather goods -- handbags, totes and wallets) they can proudly wear and enjoy for years to come. Great store and as the official makers of Canadian Olympic uniforms, an iconic Canadian brand! ??

A	Andrew Gong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The current Covid-19 capacity limit (6 customers during Stage 1) means wait times can be long to get in, albeit the shopping experience feels very private given the capacity limit. However, once inside, the service is impeccable. The store is also nicely decorated.

I called multiple stores such as Yorkdale, Eaten Centre and Square One that did not have stock. I called this Bloor store before to hold the one left for my size and they did and provided great service when I wanted to buy some other Lunar New Year collection items such as the Crewneck that was also sold out online that looked better in person. Andy McCurbin was very helpful and friendly. Store was nice feeling and design. Can't say enough positive experiences as this is my first time shopping at Roots store in person. I own a few varsity jackets but mainly bought them online in the past.
