This place is great! They informed me I could order any product on their website directly to the store and save myself from paying any duties fees! The staff we very knowledgeable and very helpful!

The store interior is very tidy, clean, modern and very "24K Magic"! If you're looking for the best and most magical luxury experience, go to this Versace store and ask for Shirley! She is simply the best! She is the most helpful SA and the kindest! She made my friend and I feel our absolute best. I've never experienced service this exceptional in other luxury stores! Right when we walked into this store, Shirley greeted us warmly. I saw my dream pair of pumps and she immediately got them for me. We never had to wait at all and we never felt like we were overlooked or rushed. I didn't hesitate to purchase because of this extraordinary service. Even days later, she has been consistent. This store indeed earns A+++ in quality of service and products! Versace still proves that they are a fashion powerhouse with all the beautiful pieces of art they create and put out to this day. However, the service in this store just makes it much more worth putting money into this brand. I'm a happy customer and I will most definitely return to shop here. Tragic customer service, all reps where on the phones and did not even care when my wife asked about belt. If you looking to be treated as air spend 1000's of dollars then go to get worse experience you can buy...

Every store representative looks at their phones. They do not even say hi. They do not listen when I speak. If they are doing business on their cellphone, they should do it in the back office where clients cannot see them. They only showed interest after I purchased as a return customer.

Yesterday we went to buy a belt and the staff was not helpful at all, they would speak Chinese and laugh at our questions . I’m very disgusted in the service I received here and ended up going to Gucci where the service was impeccable. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs
