So I asked for a small in a top, he came out and before I put the item on there was a tear by the label. Thankfully I spotted it but when I told them about the tear- they just put the item on a hanger and back for regular sale. It surprised me because normally they'll say, "oh we can find you another" but here they were like, "it's okay." And also it's really sandy- picked some up on my maxi skirt lol so yeah, dress appropriate ??‍♀️

Within two weeks of hardly any use, the paint started cracking, now the zipper has come off and the seams are splitting. He tried for three months to get a hold of someone at this location and nobody answered, the manager didn’t even know of their store e mail. He is a student and has purchased not only multiple items from this location but off white shirts and sweaters from other locations as well. They said they could do nothing for him because they looked on his Instagram and saw him wearing the bag? My boyfriend owns a lot of designer and takes good care of his stuff, VERY dissatisfied with off white Toronto and their rude managers. Neither of us will be shopping here again.
D	Dr. Zu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to check out couture urban wear by Virgil. The signature pieces were nicely presented and the staff was accommodating. It's a little tight at times but traffic isn't too shabby. Pretty obvious that you should stay off the sand though; not difficult to do so -- I'm not understanding the complaints. Would be nice to see, showcased, more of the limited pieces and collabs -- even as just a display item only. It would definitely be attractive
J	Jackson Levine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in the cold for three hours before opening despite us being quiet and civilized the police were still called to micromanage and help the staff move us back and forth. we were told they had more than enough shoes for everyone. after waiting an hour past the stores opening we were told they were out of shoes. Had an awful experience before even being able to go into the store 0/10.

I'd spent 2 hours with my husband for selecting several clothes and items with sales manager, when we tried to pay, she said she need to see ID. So we showed to her. But she said that's not enough she had to make copies both sides of ID and Credit cards. That's really not safe for us, we asked to talk to their boss. Their young boss said that's their policy, I said if its policy, you'd better display it obviously in the store. And then we don't have to waste time and just walk away. Finally for not just wasting time, we agreed to make a copy. And then both manager and boss just disappeared, we Waited them again, at last they said they changed their mind and not to sell to us. Which was so rude, not honest and not respected for their customers. So we will never ever come back again. We prefer to go to order online which has more discounts compared to online ssense shopping. really really bad experience we never had before. ?
D	Dylan Bernier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big fan of the brand, after purchasing a shirt online I realized there was a store in Toronto. At the point of writing this review I have been there 3 times. Like most of the other reviews I was asked to not step in the sand but to be fair I had half my foot in it (this was only one occurrence of the 3 times I have been there). I have nothing against the sand because I think it is a cool design that Virgil implemented, each store has a theme. But right after the sand comment I was quickly notified about a sale or discount on products in the store which was nice. The staff were kind and respectful, did not stare at me, follow me around or anything. Whenever I asked about a product they would check availability, if I wanted to know how a sweater fit they would let me know. I also tried on some pieces. I have bought two sweaters from the store, each time the purchasing experience is easy. Because its a designer/street wear store they present the product in a nice bag. Overall good experiences.

I walked in and before even getting an actual glimpse of their merchandise I was being told to "not step on the sand" while viewing a shoe on display. The sand is apart of their visuals on the ground but it's sand.... People are walking in with snow on their boots. I don't really get the logic in it. Soon after I was told to leave my drink at the counter. But I was not even greeted prior to or after all this. Some of the items are nice but they're nothing you can't find in a designer store. The presentation of the merchandise is cool but it shouldn't be designed in a way where staff are more concerned with people browsing items than providing quality service. I seen a pair of silver shorts for $455, I thought that was a bit ridiculous. The way the sales staff are dressed and conduct their customer service skills completely takes away from the contemporary look and price range of the store. The staff are dressed in jeans with hoodies, some wearing their hoods on. Distasteful.
