Always love coming to this location. The customer service here is unparalleled to other aritzias ive visited. I want to particularly rave about Michelle whose service brightened my day. Thank you to all the amazing staff here for always being so helpful and friendly!

What a freaking waste of time. All workers seem they want to help out and it appears to be organized within the first 3 minutes of the experience, but after you pass on to the changing rooms, don’t bother asking for help or changing any garment to a different size. You will be ghosted!

I used to have negative experiences at Aritzia but this location changed that for me! Hamaseh is THE best style advisor I’ve ever encountered, always going above and beyond to help me. I’ve also had great experiences with Blossom and Taylor. As a masc presenting POC, I’m used to being completely ignored in some Aritzia stores, which made me avoid the brand for a while. The clothing compliments my style and larger body type so it sucked to experience that, but now I don’t feel judged and look forward to shopping here so thank you!!!

I usually hate shopping in person at Aritzia, I find that the energy from their employees is quite pretentious and unwelcoming and usually makes me feel uncomfortable. I always place orders online and haven’t been in person in about a year however the item I wanted was only available in store at this location. So, I called the store and asked them to put the item on hold so I could just come in, buy it, and leave. To my surprise the girl I spoke to on the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful. When I came in person the associate helping me was coincidentally the same person who helped me on the phone. Her helpfulness and overall really nice and welcoming personality was consistent from my experience over the phone and throughout my entire time at the store (I wanted to try different sizes, we had a zipper malfunction & an iPad malfunction and the whole thing took about 20 minutes and she was helpful throughout the whole thing). Actually, I interacted with a couple other associates in the change room and they were also genuinely just so kind. I feel like the experience I had today is completely different than how myself and others have painted the aritzia experience- maybe over the years they’ve changed their sales approach especially after all the heat they’ve been getting on social media? But based of my experience with the lovely sales associate at this location I would totally come back in person! I wish I knew her name so I could properly shout her out. Bonus- their inventory in-store appears to be MUCH better than what’s available online.

I shop at this Aritzia a lot and one of the newer employees who goes by the name Mattie is a revolting person. Making racist remarks and always staring rudely. Not an approachable person who makes my shopping experience uncomfortable. Don’t waste your time going here if you just want to be judged.

I went to this store with a couple of my friends, such a waste of time. 1. We were asked for fittings rooms and when we got there we were ignored for the rest of the time. 2. When I finally asked for help the employee seemed to act like I was bothering her and was overall non approachable. 3. Many of the staff members were trying on the clothes and talking with one another instead of working and helping their customers. One of the staff members saw that I needed assistance and they basically ignored me numerous times when I asked for help. This was the worst experience I had at any store I just felt judged by the staff due to their nasty glares and attitude that was given towards me. Don’t waste your time going into this store location!

The store has a lot of SA and most of them are just standing there chatting with one another instead of doing their jobs, if the location manager ever happened to see this post, I want to say that I adore the brand, and have been a loyal customer for years but staffs in this location needs to be trained better on being helpful, not chatting with each other. The cafe salvage the overall experience, so I'm giving an average rating, but seriously the store could use some help.

As a person of colour my experience shopping at this store is different from those who are white presenting. I came into this store today and was blatantly ignored numerous times during my time there while my white friend was offered exceptional service. I left the store feeling judged, unseen and discriminated against. I did not appreciate my time at this location and would recommend that staff learn to not discriminate against their customers that shop there.
