R	Reema Ganguly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During these times they aren’t allowing trying out clothes which is totally understandable however when you go back within an hour after trying out at home and finding out it doesn’t fit and you can’t find anything to fit you in their store; shouldn’t they return the money? However they refuse that and you have to perforce buy something at the store even if you don’t want to. Their collection is meagre and extremely poor collection.

I came in to the store later that day and they told me they don’t have any and their website’s inventory doesn’t get updated. This is just ridiculous for such a big company to provide misleading information to their customers online and over the phone. I spent two hours getting to the store and back home just because their system and a rep lied to me regarding stock.

I went to this store today and they said they are not accepting clothes for recycling and told me just to throw out my clothes in garbage. H&M, if you don't do the cloth recycling no one would blame you. But, don't lie about it. That is terrible. Stop bragging on your website that you care about environment when you actually don't...
