Dr sterling has been one of the best dentists I've ever had - both him and the dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable in explaining every step of what they were doing and answering all of my questions. I especially appreciated how gentle Dr Sterling was with me he’s Amazing dentist

He dealt with some problematic teeth that have been bothering me for years and had my one tooth filled/repaired so quickly I was stunned. He and everyone I interacted with reception (Sally), two hygienists (I'm terrible with names)) are very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions (I ask a lot of questions). I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a dentist.

He made sure that everything was done to client's satisfaction. Also the staff, from receptionists to dental assistants were all friendly and efficient in their work, made you feel welcomed. The receptionist was prompt to answer calls, return calls and respond to clients' requests. The office is organized and timely so that I did not have to wait long at each appointment (may be 2-3 minutes). Overall, a positive experience! Thank you.

Nor does he expect be to be the stoic while tougher dental work has to be done. He makes me as comfortable as I can be and the experience is painless. His staff from reception to technician are all warm and friendly and excel in their jobs. I need to get a time machine as I do not know what I will do when Marty retires. This office makes going to the dentist feel like a family get together!

But once I step inside, everything went away. I felt comfortable and the staff is very nice, friendly and professional. They took every precaution from the start without making me uncomfortable. All my questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Allen and Ms sarita are super nice and professional.They gave me the best treatment I could ever ask for. I would 120% recommend this place to the newcomers in Canada.
