★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time there. Great experience as far as dental experiences go. Staff and doctor were all great and took time to go through xrays, flossing, etc. with you. Never felt rushed. Facilities are top of the line too. Highly recommend!

The dental office called me and left a voicemail asking if they can assist with booking a cleaning appointment for my husband. My husband passed away 3 years ago. WTH!!! This is disgusting and extremely upsetting!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new and high tech. Glasshouse dental is a airy dental office in the heart of Yorkville. Every room is equipped with huge TV mounted to the ceiling so that you can watch Netflix when you get your teeth clean. I find the service to be fast and attentive. However, because they are new, a few details are not perfect yet (e.g. sometimes the light will block the TV, while they said they offer headphones, it’s not available). Overall a very solid visit and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first contacted Glasshouse Dental seeking emergency services a couple of weeks ago. Jannette got in touch with me almost immediately and arranged an appointment for the following day; she was very understanding about my concerns regarding cost and was able to provide estimates for various services in advance. Although it wasn't clear what treatment I would need, it was a relief knowing what general costs I could anticipate. Jannette also submitted my insurance claims for me – including one that had to be sent by mail – which fast-tracked my reimbursement for the day’s services.
At the appointment, Dr. Yoo was thorough and explained my options in detail – both regarding immediate pain-relief and next steps. When it became clear that I would need to see a specialist, Jannette sent a referral directly to an oral surgeon located in the same building. She also communicated the urgency of my situation, so within a week I had a consultation and an extraction!
Overall, the Glasshouse Dental team – and Jannette in particular – made a very painful, stressful situation much easier to handle!

I made them aware early on that I had some fears and past traumas with dental procedures, and they have been so accommodating with ensuring my comfort through all the procedures I have (and continue to have). I appreciate that I am always welcomed with a friendly smile, and also leave with a smile on my face!
