Two St.Thomas

Great building in a wonderful location that is in the heart of Yorkville but away from the pedestrian traffic on quiet St Thomas St. Can not help but rave about this place after living here for 20 months. Only moved out b/c I purchased a property. Lots of fantastic amenities for tenants including state of the art gym, party room, private dining room, rooftop terrace, events for tenants tied into holidays. But best part of it is staff that goes the extra mile to make it feel like home. Thank you 2 St Thomas!

We lived at Two St. Thomas Street for about a year and half, we were some of the first tenants in the building and we moved out when we left Toronto. I can't say enough about how amazing it was to live here! The building has beautifully designed common areas (including two party rooms with access to kitchen, gym, yoga studio, weight room, washrooms on the first floor, waiting area, dining area on the 12th floor and 12th floor terrace with BBQs and various places to hang around gas fireplaces and sit on chairs with tables or outdoor couches) and it is obvious the designer took time to think about how people would live in the building. The view from the 12th floor terrace is one of the most unique in Toronto, be sure to enjoy watching the sunset with a good cup of wine. Our apartment was a perfect layout for us and we choose the dark finishes, which created a lovely, calm atmosphere. We had a balcony that enjoyed every moment of. Our apartment was one of the largest of the 1B1b and it was the perfect size for two people and a cat. As amazing as the building is, what really makes this place home is the staff. Professional, efficient, kind, welcoming and focused on solving your problems and they create a community at Two St. Thomas. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly and promptly and resolved to our satisfaction. The monthly social events are incredible (our favourite being a guided whisky tasting event) and the staff get to know each resident and are so kind as provide introductions to residents they think may get along. Staff know everyone's name (as well as their pets!) and keep a jar of treats for good dogs. On a very personal note, Two St. Thomas was our first home as a family, we got married here and we loved living here. Two St. Thomas sets a very high bar for anywhere we may live in the future.

I have been a resident at Two St. Thomas for nearly two months, and it is a scandal that the rating on Google was one star. Our leasing process was very smooth and our application was accepted within one day. Without exception, the staff have been extremely friendly and supremely professional - from the building's fantastic manager, to the cleaning staff, to the concierges. The handover of the unit was fantastic - we were treated as if we had just bought the unit. The systems within the building work seamlessly, including access control (mobile apps), maintenance (responses are quick), and the automated parcel delivery system (Parcel Pending). The building is new, so some amenities have only recently become available (bike parking, pet spa, etc). The only feature that we are still waiting for is the WiFi connection to our thermostat. However, that is a tiny irritation which is far outweighed by the numerous positive features of the building, the greatest of which is the staff. You would be lucky to live here - we consider ourselves extremely fortunate!

My wife and I have lived at TWO since February 2018. We were literally one of the first occupants of the building. Neither of us had ever lived in Ontario, so we had no idea what to expect of the building, location or management, as we used a realtor to find this place. From our first day living here it’s been an absolute pleasure! The management, concierge and maintenance teams have always made us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. A few of my personal favorite experiences while living at TWO: the gym - LOVE the gym; the “Oh Happy Day” communication emails from management. Parcel Pending service. It’s a pet friendly building. The frequent socials put on by management (pre-COVID) to give the occupants a real sense of community. The 12th floor terrace, air conditioning is frosty cold too! The team that runs this building is TOP NOTCH and ensures the building is clean, safe and comfortable. And of course LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is A+! As it’s a purpose built luxury rental building, I would highly recommend TWO as a place to call home - be it short term or indefinitely. Beautiful people, beautiful building in a beautiful city!

Very well appointed building on a quaint, quiet street, offering a true Yorkville lifestyle. One of the best things about it is the staff - true professionals who are warm & helpful, and actually get to know the residents. Unlike so many buildings with a "concierge" that is just a Garda security guard asleep behind a desk. Highly recommend this building and the team! Gabriela, Matthew, James, Andrea, Christina and Alejandro are all awesome.

I've lived at Two St. Thomas for the past two years, and it's the best rental building among all the others I lived before! The location is perfect, and building is very well maintained. Most important, the management and staff are very friendly and nice, which makes it such a warm and great place to live! Whenever I had any problem, the team always tried their best to help me at very first time. Thank you Matthew and everyone on the team for everything! If you need to choose a place to live in downtown, Two St. Thomas is definitely the best choice!

Have been living here for a while and can say that the best thing about this building is the staff! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We even found our fitness trainer and a few dog sitters thanks to the concierge team! 100% recommend ?

Anxious about moving into an apartment after years of living in a home, Two St. Thomas delivers in spades! From the onset, the leasing consultant Christina was very kind and patient, answering all my questions and facilitating my requests; as have all the staff since moving in. The upmost care and attention is given to the rental units and balance of the building. Two St.Thomas truly is the epitome of luxury rental living in a great neighbourhood.
