Horrible service. They made it a nightmare when it came time to cancel the agreement. Would not trust a a word their agent says. Agent signed me up with false information and when it came time to cancel their service they managed to make it a nightmare to cancel it!!!

We rented office space from Regus and initially they were extremely helpful in getting us in the place. Leaving was a disaster, extra charges that were not really disclosed and a lack of communication. Be very careful if you rent from them

Absolute scam Hopefully bankrupt soon with all the negative press I see. They steal your money they don’t allow you to speak to customer service they don’t allow you to cancel your service early if your business is not doing well. They lock you in with absolutely no way to get out Do yourself a favour and find a company you can trust and that you can actually communicate with

Regus is a predatory service that auto renews contracts for multiple years without notice and makes it impossible to cancel. Dealing with their support is like living in a Kafka novel. Email threads get abandoned without resolution, they send you to their website to open new help tickets, which don’t get any response. They are impossible to reach over the phone. But they will continue billing you for a service you cancelled. Stay away.

The office had only one plug outlet in it. During the evening and weekend, there was no heat on in the office or on the floor at all despite it being marketed as a 24-hour location. The window that made up one wall of the office was not properly sealed which resulted in the office being extremely cold even when being heated with a heater. The walls are very thin so I could hear all of the conversations my neighbour had because he had a rather loud and booming voice. The "community" management of this location is extremely rude. Not sure if it was a personal thing but from the moment I arrived I felt unwelcome thanks to the front-of-house reception. When we were introduced it was told to me that it was her job was to connect people and that she would introduce me to some other folks on the floor. While I was not looking to make lots of new friends it would have been nice to feel included instead of the "office environment" that I got where it felt like I was the outsider of the group. While I do not think that it was her intent it felt to me like she went out of her way to not acknowledge me or offer me any assistance while I was there. I should've gotten an office at the Bay location since the community manager there was who I met originally and I adored his personality. There were a lot of hidden fees when it came to signing my contract with them. First, it was a fee for administration then oh there is a fee when you move out, and a fee for using any services. For an office space that claims to be inclusive, they make that mean as little as possible so they can charge you for said extras. Even the coffee service, printing and phone lines come with extra fees on top of your office cost. The part that got me the most was that they charged me a fee for "cleaning" my office when I moved out but yet there were holes in the walls when I moved in and I did not hang or put up a single thing on them. They also do not communicate the timelines for payments. I opted to move into my office with less than 10 days remaining in the month. They charge me per day based on the monthly charge for those days, and that was fine. However, what they did not bother to communicate with me is that by moving in at the end of the month that they would be considering that my "first month". So at the beginning of what was actually my second month in my office, they decided it was my third month (which meant I needed to pay both halves of the deposit within 45 days). Which seemed incredibly sketchy at the time. My final complaint is that they don't bother having options for their client's gender markers other than F/M. When I questioned this the sales agent told me that she "didn't understand why people want to refer to themselves in the third person" and that as a person with an English degree that made no sense to her. Which made it evident that it is not a safe space nor is it an open-minded one. Ultimately I would avoid Regus at all costs, especially this location.
