I was referred here by my GP and was able to land an appointment relatively quickly. Much quicker than other clinics during pandemic/lockdowns. My actual medical appointment was at mt. Sinai hospital. The setup there was kind of confusing but not Axis' fault since they are just using the space. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and successfully completed the procedure.

I’d give this clinic zero stars if I could. I was referred to this clinic in September and have been in pain since, I tried to schedule my phone appointment for over a month since, I got that done and I was supposed to get called by the receptionist to schedule my in person appointment and haven’t heard from them for 2 weeks!! This is basically client negligence, I wasn’t even prescribed pain relief for my issue in my phone appointment!

Terrible experience. No followup, waiting times... well I cannot even comment o that as there are no proper follow ups. No one replies to my emails in months. If you can, look for other options... unfortunately I am very disappointed with this clinic and it's services.

Rude and dismissive. Room looked 3rd world country with burn marks on the wall. Most painful Pap smear I’ve ever gotten. Wasn’t taken seriously at all and sent home. Worst gyno I’ve EVER been to.

I went here to get an IUD put in and it was a great experience. The staff was so kind and made sure I was comfortable for the procedure. All my questions were answered and I was taken care of in every way. Definitely recommend!

Less than 2 hours before my scheduled biopsy, they left a vm and canceled my apt, with zero explanation. Am not impressed and will not be booking with them again. I've waited weeks for this apt and had to make many arrangements to be downtown, etc. for this apt. This is completely unprofessional and you cannot even call them back to talk to them, you can only leave messages on their often full mailbox.

I had a really positive experience here. They got back to me within less than a week of my phone call and explained the upcoming process for my appointment. The intake process was thorough, the communication was excellent at multiple levels (intake call, appointment call, email confirmation, phone confirmation) leading up to the appointment, and clear follow up instructions and paperwork for next steps afterwards. Everyone I dealt with was informed, helpful and kind. I had a really skilled and empathetic NP treating me who made me feel at ease and was super professional. Trusted her 100%. From the point of doctor referral to the in-person appointment, it was just over 3 weeks (could have been sooner! But that worked with my availability).

I had an appointment to have an IUD put in. I was told by the doctor who referred me to Axis, that they would do a checkup and a consultation appointment first and then schedule me something to actually have it put in on another day. When I arrived the doctor told me that they’ll do it right away and to walk to the shoppers close by to pick it up. I mentioned to the doctor that I was very very nervous and previously I had passed out when I had my old IUD put in. He assured me that it was fine and gave me some Advil, basically writing off any of my concerns. I ended up having a panic attack during and passing out after the procedure. When the doctor and someone who I assume was a nurse came back into the room, I was lying on the floor because I had passed out while getting dressed. No one checked to make sure that I didn’t hit my head, or hurt myself. They put me in a little sitting area behind a curtain so they could use the room and told me to see a receptionist on the way out to book another appointment, as I didn’t end up having the IUD put in due to the pain. I ended up just leaving, not wanting to ever go back there. No one ever called me. It really felt like they thought I was making up my anxiety, and judging me for feeling pain.
