Dr.Chang is a very honest person and never gives unrealistic promises. He provides his patients with different options and highlights pros and cons. He can easily navigate you through this challenging process and will always stay in touch with follow up appointments. Dr. Chang is a great professional! Dr Chang’s secretary Ming is extremely helpful and positive – she always followed up and scheduled all appointments and tests. Dr.Malone and I spent quite a lot time together and she managed to help me achieve serious progress. She is brilliant! She is knowledgeable and truthful. She has a scientific approach that’s easy to understand. If you are truly motivated and listen to her guidance - you will see results very soon. I can say she has changed my life forever! My very special thanks to Dr. Melissa Lee. She provided me with incredible support during the treatment and always found time for me. She is a rare gem! Originally for my chronic IBS that a GI told me "was just something I'm going to have to deal with", she helped me navigate my illness, identify what was actually going on and find foods I could stomach. Recently, my partner and I also ran into fertility issues and we returned to Jen. She was so kind, compassionate and helpful in guiding us through the minefield that is fertility. She is no stranger to these struggles and after a miscarriage myself, I found her advice and wisdom to be second to none. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a holistic and natural approach to fertility (and/or GI issues). Bonus that they're housed within TRIO as they work closely with the RE's and nurses to get you a full range of care, if needed. PS. We now have a healthy 5 month old and Jennifer was a crucial part of that journey.

From onset we appreciated the thoroughness of Dr. Malone. She was extremely knowledgeably, compassionate and most importantly very honest with us. There were many days of nervousness and anxiety, but doctor Dr. Malone was always able to calm us down, especially me, who tends to overthink a lot. We admire the professionalism of all the doctors and the office manager, Ms. Jadzia Weir who tended to our requests promptly which we appreciated since we do not live in Canada. The wellness journey is never easy but having the Conceive team by our side felt like we were never alone and had someone always looking out for us. I would like to commend Conceive on the care they offer and encourage them to keep making great changes in people’s lives cause sometimes that’s what we all need.
