Go to Sick Kids. It took a while to be able to write this, but the experience with CReATe Fertility was terrible. I watched as others were humiliiated infront of groups until they broke down in tears. I watched and was treated with no humanity, no hello, no please or thank you, just orders like you're a prisoner. They pack as many people as possible into one space, then open their doors and make people fight and rush to sign up on a list as to who will be seen first. I stood infront of someone and had wait while they worked for 10 minutes before they would even acknowledge me, and they were the recectionist!!! Medical decision were based on guesses and seemed not to be very heavy on scientific choices, or reasearch or results. Also all the 'private' patient and doctor records were available for the public to browse via the free wifi network they offered. I could check the details of mine or any other patients file. And lastly and probably the most painful complaint. No one ever checked to see if it had worked. We were just given a procedure and sent home. We called back to see if there was a follow up and were told it either worked or we could talk about paying for another round. You'd figure the docotor you're working with would be interested in if you had success, but each conversation was about money, and after our procedue we never heard from the docotr again until we contacted them. This is solely a business, the staff clearly hate their jobs and take it out on the patients. Save yourself stress, rude behaviour and someone trying to get as much as they can from you.

Coming to Create was such a positive experience for us. Getting to work with the fellows can be overwhelming because they switch every six month at the same time this allowed me the opportunity to work with them and all of the doctors at the clinic as the fellows are overseen by all of the doctors. I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Kuperman who was nothing but amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and my wife get pregnant. You could feel her dedication to us and our journey. With all of her help we now have a beautiful baby boy who is six months old! Thank you for everything Dr. Kuperman, I hope you see this!! Baby Ezra has made our family complete! I’ve been trying to contact the clinic for a first appointment and until today I haven’t heard from anyone. I sent a last email saying I was so desperate as I want to initiate a treatment that is crucial for my life plans. I shared with you how unheard I feel and still haven’t heard from anyone at the clinic. Helen continued to tell me someone would contact me and my last email was completely disregarded. It is such a shame that I have to be begging you to take me and more than that, I depend on this clinic for a service that no other clinics offer.

If your goal is to start a family, Create gets results. Yes, they are a busy clinic and it can get overwhelming and confusing. Here’s why. They operate 365 days a year, are always on call and have loads of patients ( why? Because they are making families). Counselling is available and there are loads of other ways to get personal support through this process. My preference would be that the doctor can focus on the science & everyone else can support around that. I’ve personally had several follow ups from staff- through the complicated surrogacy process which includes, sperm donation, egg donation, surrogate, IVF procedures as well as completing grants. Are they perfect? No. Who could be with so many complicated moving parts. But here’s what I know. Hands down: They care. Dr. Librach, who wasn’t even my doctor through the surrogacy process called me on a Sunday night at 8:30 pm POST BIRTH to talk about my pregnancy/birth and my future fertility. So when you are waiting 2 hours past your appointment time and they may be chatting about their lives in the stolen moments before seeing you because I can be sure they aren’t taking a break. Remember, they are late because their whole lives revolve around helping people have the children they want. They are squeezing in an extra 10 ultrasounds, 5 transfers or an extra call to reassure someone. They don’t do this because they don’t care, they do it because they wholeheartedly do care and want to do what it takes to give you your dream. So grab a book, book a counselling appointment, hire a fertility doula or a grab a good friend to support you. I can assure you once you have your amazing little child, you aren’t going to care one bit that they forgot a blood test along the way.

After months of failed cycles at another much smaller clinic, I was starting to lose hope I'd ever be a mother and have my miracle. Dr Librach is an amazing doctor that I consider one of the best I've ever met. He is always at the clinic and barely ever takes a day off. He is funny and kind and was a real pleasure. He got us pregnant in only one medicated cycle and back to back IUI procedures. Dr Librach and all of the create team because of you I have my miracle there are no words to thank you for all you've done for me and many many others. This clinic is busy and it may take some time to get an appointment but it's worth it. from the bottom of my heart thank you create.

Dr.Sharma is very knowledgeable and follows me closely, answers all my questions clearly and responds to my emails quickly. All the steps during my first ivf cycle have been explained to me clearly and they were well organized. The egg retrieval has been painless. The nurses are also very supportive and took care of me very well before and during my egg retrieval. I recommend Create without any hesitation to anyone looking for close follow ups. Yes, it takes time, but wouldn’t you want to be monitored closely and get results compared to other clinics that assess you virtually and outsource their ultrasound to another company?! We had a great experience at Create. The staff was very nice and patient. Dr. Baratz is an amazing Dr. Who genuinely cares about his patients. He helped my wife get pregnant and we are expecting our baby girl in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this place.

I am a patient of Dr. Madjunkov and he is truly an amazing and caring doctor. He will spend time explaining all facts and answering all questions without hesitation. He makes you feel very comfortable and he is very knowledgeable. I am blessed to have him as my doctor. Every time I need to schedule an appointment, he makes sure to get back to me even on busy days like most of his days. You can tell that he is kind to everyone in the clinic. I have witnessed how he respectfully talks to the ultrasound technicians and I admire his patience. The clinic itself is a great clinic, clean and nicely put together. The nurses are great and all the ultrasound technicians are amazing! They are so gentle and careful. The lab team is also a great team!
