★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I welcomed our first child to the world a few months ago, in very large part thanks to the efforts of Dr. Robb and his team at Hannam. We thought Dr. Robb was both very effective/knowledgeable and empathetic and kind at the same time. The clinic overall runs like clockwork, and it feels like everyone is pulling for you to be successful in your goal. If you want results, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t normally take the time to write a review, but wow. This place is EXTREMELY disorganized, and for a health facility that is dealing with the emotional rollercoaster of fertility challenges, the level is disorganization is absolutely unacceptable. The first month we were meant to come in, no one had explained that we would have to come in within one week of calling, so we had to wait until my next cycle so I could take the time off work. Next, I was asked to pay them several times after having done so a month prior, I was asking to resubmit a ton of information that I had already provided, they said there were no sample collection rooms, and there are, and the day of, 20 minutes prior to our appointment for the one-day work-up, I got an email asking to confirm that we were coming in, AFTER I had submitted all of the Covid information and confirmed the night prior. It’s a three hour drive for us, so if we lost our spot due to their mistake, I would have absolutely lost it. As if fertility struggles weren’t hard enough, I now have zero confidence that this clinic will do right by my partner and I in our journey. I want to say all of this so other couples or birthing people don’t go through what we’re going through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. After transfer, I was very sick for the next couple of days. We called a doctor but she said to call a family doctor. Very disappointed. Think two times before you enter here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 5 years and 7 miscarriages finally working with Dr. Hannam and his team was a godsend for us. Thankful to find someone who took the time to get to know us, our history and treat us accordingly. Our miracle baby is now 10 weeks old and the light of our lives. Thanks so Dr. Hannam, Carly and the whole staff at Hannam. We are forever grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family grew from 2 to 5 with the help of Dr. Hannam and his entire clinic. Throughout our fertility journey we always felt supported, heard and helped. Everyone was very understanding and acknowledge and even through COVID times accommodations were always made to help us feel safe. We are truly grateful for our miracle family and thank the kindness of everyone at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience so far at Hannam Fertility Centre. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about you. Communication has been clear and they explain every step thoroughly (I tell everyone they work like a “well-oiled machine”.) When in doubt, I can email or place a phone call and will get an answer back right away or within 24 hours- this isn’t to be taken for granted as I know many clinics aren’t so responsive.
I am a teacher so receiving the daily afternoon calls are tricky, but the nurses are very accommodating with calling during times that I am away from students. It’s been about two years since starting our journey at Hannam and I am very grateful for the positive experiences (both on natural conception and Ivf teams), very highly recommend. Only downside is that it seems to be a bit pricier with some things than other fertility centres (E.g. sperm wash) but in my opinion worth it for the quality of care, location, and very clean and comfortable facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fertility journey is a rollercoaster but I feel so fortunate to have gone through it at The Hannam Clinic. When you walk in you are greeted by the nicest girls who direct you the beautiful clinic. I found Dr. Robb to be very kind, profession and thorough. His nursing team was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Nurse Meghan was exceptionally helpful, kind, attentive and responsive every step of the way. Victoria made every ultrasound exciting and fun. Even the days when I felt terrible and wanted to cry on her table, she was reassuring and calming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came on here to leave a 5 star review for this clinic because they deserve it. A lot of people look at google reviews prior to registering with a clinic and base their decision on reviews, I think this clinic deserves the full 5 stars I am leaving ( if I could leave more I would). I worked with Dr. Tom Hannam himself alongside his team and they are by far the most kind, caring and supportive team. Fertility journey is not an easy journey and there is no doctor in the world that can wave a magic wand and get you pregnant. My journey took two years, 4 failed transfers ( pregnant on my 5th) and two surgeries to get my beautiful twins. In all this, Dr hannam and his team never gave up on me nor did they rush into more transfers without figuring out the problem after each failed transfer. Yesterday I was able to email them a picture of my twins, shortly after Dr. Hannam called me himself to congratulate me… after trial and error and months of hard work we both were waiting for this conversation. I highly recommend this clinic, they truly care about their patients.
