★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Segal has done wonders for my kids! They've been dealing with allergies for awhile and after our visit, she laid out a plan that changed their health (and even for me and my wife!) for the better. In barely a month, I've seen vast improvements particularly on my daughter who always gets allergy attacks in the morning. Her all-around plan which included food/diet, medicine, water is top-notch. I couldn't be any happier!

Since I have been with her, I have experienced great improvement in my energy and blood levels, and a decrease in chronic inflammation. In addition to acupuncture, I have learned the different techniques to minimize the stress levels in my daily life. I recommend anyone to try her services and you will be glad you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sahar Tabrizi is incredible. I was suffering from severe acne breakouts and I tried almost everything possible from changing my diet to applying all kinds of expensive face products. Dr. Tabrizi was able to find the root cause of my acne after the first appointment and I started seeing a difference in 2 weeks. I have no more acne breakouts anymore. I appreciate Dr. Tabrizi taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and recommend treatment options. She takes time with her patients to help them with their health issues and I would highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Greystones Health specifically to address my health issue of recurrent (3+ years) UTIs. I had exhausted all other avenues including seeing multiple specialists (urologist, urogynaecologist). I had an initial phone call with Dr. Segal who immediately thought she would be able to help... and she was right! I've been following Dr. Segal's treatment plan for about 3 months now and haven't had a UTI since (I was having 2-3 per month before this)... knock on wood! She was extremely supportive throughout the entire process and provided helpful materials in order for me to be able to accurately follow the treatment plan. She also worked with me to provide options that were more budget-conscious. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Segal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Segal has helped me heal my eczema completely. Within just four weeks of following a diet and supplementation plan, my eczema was nearly gone. Now, a few months later, it is no longer an issue. She has also helped me with blurred vision, heart palpitations, and high cortisol and inflammation levels. On top of that, she is so kind and comfortable to speak to, and is so knowledgeable about healing the body. I highly recommend anyone that is struggling with their health to book an appointment with Dr. Segal!

To my surprise, it worked! Early on in the treatment, I started seeing the results I was hoping for, for something I did not think was possible. I am forever grateful for Dr Steyr for his help, knowledge and guidance. I highly recommend him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past couple of months, Dr. Sahar Tabrizi has been treating me for multiple health conditions (acne, eczema, digestive issues, hair loss, etc.) with immense patience, sincerity, and expertise. She has a way that immediately puts me at ease and I can sense that she has genuine concern for my health... She takes the time to listen and always explains treatment plans in a lot of detail. At times, I have gone over our appointment time (because I often have a lot of questions) but she is always incredibly accommodating! She is even accessible via email after the appointment, so I can approach her for help between appointments too. Considering how many health issues I have, I've seen reasonable improvement so far and am positive that over time I will get fully healed under her treatment.
I also want to appreciate the lady who manages their phone calls (I think her name is Sophie). She is very kind and patient too. I think the first time I called Greystones, I bombarded her with questions for 20 minutes straight and she answered each and every one of them in the most pleasant way possible!
Overall, I am very happy that I chose Greystones when I was looking for naturopaths and 100% recommend them to anyone looking for holistic treatments.
