Unfortunately, I brought the wrong version of a required document but they checked through everything else instead of simply turning me away so that I can get in and out quickly next time. The woman helping me was extremely helpful and genuinely pleasant.

I applied on internet for renewing my passport and I got an appointment in 3 days. After I handed in all the required documents and they took my picture I payed with my credit card and I was told that I will receive my passport in one month home in my mailbox. My Romanian friends told me that the Romanian consulate make you wait one year to get your passport. I am proud that I am Hungarian citizen. Thank you for everything. Kaszanom Szepen.

She was very professional, friendly, patient and fast. She pointed out that my Hungarian ID card was expired which I didn't realize and she was able to renew it for me. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I wish this place could be replicated. We were very impressed with the whole process.Thank you again!

It was a highly emotional journey for my family to claim our Hungarian citizenship for our ancestral home. All my grandparents were born in Hungary from Tolma to Vojvodina with me being the first generation born in Canada. Now my children have their ancestral roots strengthened benefiting both my family and Hungary.
