★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Don't bother to help out the clients. Very rude people. I have no idea how they are considered professionals. They are a joke. Too bad there's no other embassy of El Salvador in Toronto. For sure that's why they treat clients the way they want. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21/aug/2021 - Regarding my previous review, they have become a lot better. They changed their staff, feel more attentive and getting organized. Don't know much still about the restructuring but you can sense they are doing their best.

26/april/2021 - I love my country. I do, however the way we do things are excrutiatingly annoying. Simple tasks shouldn't take several months (specially since it is part of the product you provide) and if the product / service is not provided then make yourself responsible for your actions.
Things hopefully will be easier for passports as they will have the machine available to them for same day service. I was the first one to be printed.
As a side note and recommendation, have your documents ready specially your DUI, passport, photographs and USD money cash as they do not accept canadian money.
I abore bureaucracy with a passion and this is the very definition of it.
Please be very patient as odds are you know more than what they are doing.
I hate to say that my consulate works this way but until they become better I cant really be happy about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this place zero if I could, there is simply no costumer service. Everything is automated and you cannot get through to speak with an actual person. I have tried going on the website, but you have to have an account before you can access the site. It is very frustrating and irritating.
