K	K mich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand they deal with a lot of people and I'm sure have some unpleasant interactions, but they are so rude, regardless of how nice you are to them. I hate going there because it's the same story every time. They show no empathy.

But I would like to thank especially Mr Patrino who helped me in detail with my papers and had the patience to deal with my anxiety problem during the procedure. Thank you from my heart
P	Peter Tertsakian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my email application with them. Somehow it was blocked or disappeared. I had to speak with a case worker about what happen. A vital document was sent to me saying that a email communication was blocked somehow.

Customers go inside to get services and they are frustrated dealing with unprofessional people who waste years of your time and money. Word of advice dealing with these so called greeks Hire a lawyer who can help you or go to greece and get everything done there. The greeks in greeks easier to deal with. Im embarrassed to be called greeks dealing with these people. And out of pocket.
S	Sonia Rattu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requesting the visa consulate to please work on their appointment booking calendar…if people do not show up and not canceling their appointment on time please have something in place so that a person in need can get an appointment if the other person does not show up…same goes to the people please cancel your bookings if your plans have changed so that a person in need is able to get their application processed on time.

S	Sweetie Baath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and gentle staff. Everyone is very polite and has a smile on there face. Even though i got a little late they were very accommodating but I recommend everyone to make it on time as if it gets busy you might be sent back. Luckily at my appointment time it was not that busy as it was early in the morning but by the time I left it got busy.

Even before visiting, they were incredibly helpful and fast when answering to our questions over email. Thanks to that it was very easy to figure out how exactly we needed to put the application package together. Booking the appointment online was also very easy and seamless. When we finally arrived for our appointment, everything was very well organized and efficient. Flora, the consular officer who helped us with our application was simply amazing. She was kind enough to walk us through the process, and helped us finalize the application. She patiently answered all of our questions, and provided great guidance. The entire time we were there, we were treated like welcome guests, and for that, we cannot thank them enough!
