My family and I have used Magda Newman at New Wave Travel for almost 2 decades now(since My Family sold our Marlin Travel Agency). I gave her a 1 star due to your lack of communication. I want to extend and pay for additional medical insurance for an upcoming trip and more and have written several times regarding the matter. As a former Travel Agent myself that is now a retired Commercial Pilot, author of a series of books called Violet the Pilot that was made into 2 live theatrical plays and more companies sooooooo unprofessional and Unacceptable her not responding( If anyone wishes to contact me please do for I feel sooo upset how she treats me). This is not the first time to have to resend emails, wanting to book cruises expensive cruises with no response that I did the leg work on and more..easy commission!!!. I am truly fed up. She even wrote me and tells me how "busy" she is every email. Will NEVER BOOK WITH HER AGAIN. Thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth Magda, Bye Forever!!! Ps She even told me her 2 assistants left her and went to another job...so unprofessional do I need to know that. I look forward to my 60 day cruise with a better Agent I found and my 49 day cruise...I have so much more to say but I am a lady.

Planning a wedding is stressful, planning a destination wedding far away, with language barriers and thousands of different resorts, room types, prices, which time of the year is best and more can be down right nerve racking. Nadian at New Wave travel was my angel! I couldn't have asked for a better travel agent! I spoke with plenty of travel agents in the process of planning and had a horrible experience with an agent who took a deposit before any travel plans were even finalized or agreed upon, had other hidden fees and charged way more than everyone else because she claimed to be a "specialist" From the first moment I spoke with Nadian, I felt the most calm and relaxed since starting to plan the wedding. She was such a great help communicating and helping to get the right responses from the wedding coordinater at the resort, answering my guests questions and handling their requests. Some of our guests were being difficult and she handled everything with professionalism and communicated everything with me to help diffuse any problems. I honestly wouldn't have been able to coordinate everything without her. I spoke with her countless times during the days and weeks leading up to the wedding and whenever I felt stressed and was having a bridezilla moment, with her positive attitude and demeaner she always calmed me down. She is by far the best travel agent I have ever encountered and really went above and beyond for us. I truly missed speaking with her so much after the wedding was over. I plan on using her for all our future travel plans, including our one year anniversary trip coming up real soon! I would recommend her over and over. Thank you Nadian, you helped make our day and week something we and our guests will never forget. Was better than we could have ever imagined! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I deal with Nadian regulary for work-related travel. I love knowing that I can send her the information for a trip and that she will have a confirmation back to me, usually within the hour. She went out of her way, when a meeting was cancelled, to check with me before I even had a chance to let her know that I needed to cancel my travel plans. She has always been friendly and easy to work with!
