It is now 11:05AM, no one is responding to our calls or emails and the shuttle bus still isn’t here. Horrible communication and zero professionalism. Do not recommend this service at all.
p	pa Cahill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently on a trip to Toronto, where I had pre booked a tour of Niargra Falls. The company I booked with was King Tours. The excursion to the Falls was a fabulous experience. I want to thanks our tour guide and King Tours for a great experience. Navid our tour guide, I must praise as he was an excellent tour guide for our whole trip. The only issue was, that on the morning of the trip I received an email from the company to inform me that the boat tour which we had paid for in advance had been cancelled as the boat company did not open their operations yet. We personally had no issue with the cancellation but Robert from King tours office had told me over the phone that he had made a refund for the boat tour price and the money will be refunded back into my PayPal account. Coincidentally, my Gmail account has been giving trouble lately and I can't retrieve the emails that were sent to me. I have checked my PayPal account and no monies have been refunded uptil now. Can someone from king tours please try and resolve this issue. Thanks again for your assistance. Regards, Pat Cahill.

The driver Navid was very knowledgeable and brought a smile to our faces from pickup to end. He gave good advice and information was very friendly, professional and polite and gave us good time at each site. I would recommend them for the Niagra Falls tour it was excellent.

Traveling alone I was a little concerned as I also needed to fly shortly after the tour but Kevin and Naveed arranged it all so it was stress free to get the the airport. Our guide Naveed was very knowledgeable and very attentive. And Niagara was a true ‘wow’ experience. Highly recommended !
R	Robert Court on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great tour with a classy tour guide. Shakeem "the dream" was informative, safe, and good humored. All stops through the day had adequate time to explore. The Hornblower boat ride was cool, but I might suggest that you wear contacts (if you normally wear glasses) as you won't be able to see anything with your glasses all wet. Probably challenging either way.... We chose the bus tour to avoid the hassle of driving, parking, etc. Well worth our money spent. We would highly recommend.
