★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A difficult travel day made worse by this company. They did not monitor flight delays as promised and then wouldn't even discuss a refund after their service was never used. I would never even attempt to use and most definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this service because two of us had a Sunday early morning flight out of Hamilton and there was no way I was going to risk the perils of public transit with the fate of my flight in the balance. Basically, I googled Hamilton Airport Shuttle and booked it hoping that it would work out. I added in some extra buffer time in case there were any problems. The nice thing about this service is that they will pick up from any residential Toronto address, so I didn't need to transit anywhere to get the shuttle. The website was very clear and easy to use. They sent me an email confirmation immediately after booking summarizing all the details of my trip and a separate email with my receipt.
My pickup was scheduled for 5:15 am, and I got a phone call from my chauffeur, Mathan, at 5:00 am confirming my address, and indicating that he was there and ready to go whenever we were ready. The service also sent an automated text to me with Mathan's phone number indicating that he was at the pickup location. The car was very clean, and Mathan was kind and courteous. The drive was uneventful and we made it to the airport in plenty of time. I would absolutely use this service again. I had an excellent experience with this company and would recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, clean, and comfortable black sedan and SUV. Our driver called me as soon as we had picked up our luggage at Hamilton airport and took us into downtown TO. Pick-up is immediately outside the arrivals doors. No need to walk to the second ring road to the taxi line-up. Our commute back to Hamilton was smooth. Our driver arrived early and I received a text notification that they were there. I would highly recommend and would use this service again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
