D	Doug Duhamel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned from a trip to Poland and used Kensington Tours as our travel planner. Poland was a great destination,lots to see and do. We had no complaint with Kensington on that count, however,points of interest are pretty standard if you look at Poland travel guide. Our guides were for the most part good and some excellent , but also a few poor ones .Not up to the standard that we have gotten to expect from premium travel company's, And finally .Hotels, CERTAINLY NOT of the standard we expected. Postage stamp sized rooms,poor service and in some instances poor locations. Poland is not an expensive country and we paid a substantial amount.You place lots of trust that your trip planner will provide you with fair value ,WE certainly don"t feel that we got good value on this trip. Finally, we completed a survey on our return at the request of Kensington. Essentially said the forgoing They emailed that they would phone to discuss ... Three weeks later they still have not phoned. Service?

M	Marina Tcherner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Croatia and Montenegro at the end of September 2021. 8 days of travel at over $1,568 US per day. Day one was airport transfer and day 6 was a "shared tour" (each at over $1500 per day). What we didn't realize was that the shared tour meant a bus tour with over 20 other passengers on board, several of them without the masks. This was a walking tour of the island Korcula and we had to be enroute for over 2 hours each way. I wrote to our travel consultants on both side of the ocean right away. They were shocked by the lack of COVID protocol during the tour and kindly offered to treat us to a dinner while in Croatia. Unfortunately, we could not use their offer and when we finally got home I requested that we be reimbursed for the day of the bus tour. After discussing our case with her "Directors", our destination expert informed us that their decision was to give us a credit of $300 per person for future travel with the company. Needless to say, we will never book with them again and will not recommend to anyone we know after Kensington put our health and wellness at risk. On a positive note, we met fantastic tour guides in both countries (the only reason I gave Kensington 3 stars); we stayed at good hotels and had good private drivers for most transfers.
1	1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the 15 day SE Asia Signature Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand, May 1 - May 15, 2022. Solo, 71 yr old American man, retired. It was the nicest travel experience of my life. The Company KT, provided me with one great experience to another, from meeting me at the arrival gate to managing every step of processing, and insider shortcuts to get me to my hotel. I read about experiences they planned and provided me fantastic service and the best hotel rooms with beautiful views. Every move was precisely accomplished, Drivers were completely professional, the Tour Guides were beyond my expectations including, specialists, when helpful, a full itinerary of fantastic adventures, and quality time in the best hotels for rest. KT knows the travel industry and provided me with access to 24 hour support, contacts at every location and customized my adventure specific to my travel wishes. I am a retired office worker, well traveled, and I just had the best tour of my life, thanks to Kensington Tours.
