I	Ian Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour bus 'guide' as we were driven around was a pair of headphones through which we heard pre-recorded information. The system periodically needed to be reset because it got out of sync with the location of the bus! Furthermore we didn't know whether we should be looking left or right to see the specific sight! On a second bus the headphone system was overlayed by a real person on a microphone which was better but sometimes he completely missed what we could hear on the pre-recorded system! To top it off the driver decided to take a 20 minute break at the CN Tower when we wanted to ride a few stops further! We got off in disgust and walked there. Save your money and view Toronto another way...
K	Kathleen M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently did the Niagara Tour from Toronto. I have done a lot of traveling in my time, and done a lot of day tours out of big cities. This was by far my least favorite. Almost all due to the tour director. He was very disorganized and scatter brained. I sat right up front so I heard his conversations with the bus driver and it left me with little confidence. For starters, he had to count the group multiple times. I heard him tell our driver he keeps miscounting. He also kept going back and forth on the time we were due back at the bus. This left people confused, and some people arrived back late. Then when it was time to head back to Toronto he asked people to let him know if they wanted to be dropped off anywhere, and if it was on our way we could do it. I was under the impression these things had to be prearranged. It was very irritating because we made at least five extra stops before we were back at the bus terminal. He also would not stop talking. He went on and on and talked in circles. It was very aggravating. The falls were of course beautiful. Those are a must see if you are in the area. But I would avoid this tour company.

The bus was on the old side and were told to avoid using the washroom. The winery was enjoyable. The tour guide was very nice. I would have preferred not to hear anything about the stunts, such as going over the falls in a barrel. That went on for too long. The Sheraton buffet was terrible. Nothing to drink except water. A waiter did come to our table and asked the two other people if they wanted a drink but ignored me! The food is not good. Better to charge a lower price and let people eat somewhere else. The light show at the end was very nice.
