Terrible experience with canons eshop for a big company I'm surprised on how bad their customer service is. I ordered a m50 and wanted to cable the order 3min later they have no phone service or any options to cancel so you're forced to pay for the Camara on top of it all I've sent out 5 emails with no response for a week now. I have a Camara I do not want and canon ignoring my emails. I thought canon being a big company would have better customer service, I would not order from canon eshop. if something goes wrong or you wanna return the Camara good luck getting a hold of someone.

Please read b4 deleting once more. Dear Canon Canada, (You shouldnt of deleted my review (google), The camera was purchased at a HEAD OFFICE SALE.) This is a legitimate review. You fu-ked up / Good thing I saved my review on facebook. I bought a 7d mark I that I heavily invested alot of time and money to. (over $2000 of lenses primarly aftermarket). Most of the lenses were out of focus when stoped down to to their minumum. I usually get a good shot puting the f stop up from f1.8 to f2.3. And if it was a f2.8 had to shoot at f3.2-3.5. This effected my work flow and quality of shots that I had, if it was not for the fact of the focus malfunction I would of had many printable photos from all places / trips I traveled to. I blamed myself for camera shake. This affect me alot emotionally to this day I will never forgive. I Bought 2 manual flashes to shoot flash photography. I had the same issue thats when I reaslized it was the camera, and not my fault or the lenses fault. The reaso why I took so long to figure the problem out was mainly because I was honeslty not smart. But to be fair I bought lenses where it worked and then the next 1 didnt and then again another lens that worked and shot in focus. I missed alot of wedding photos, alot large family gathering photos, walk around photos, personal photos, aspiring fashion photog photos, daily life photos, potential IG and Flickr photos way back in the day where it mattered the most (could of been a good OG IG photog) It got to the point where I called it quits with photography for a few years. Anyways over the years (10+ of ownership) I always blamed the aftermarket lenses for not being sharp. I tried updating the firmware. It did f-all. I tried buying primes, nope, I tried long reach zoom (IQ was fair). I did not want to let go a 1800 dollar camera for some reason. I finally called it quits with canon after more then 10 years of ownership and finally realized canon f'd me up bad. I recently rediscovered photography again I hope, things will go well from now on. ALL I GOT WAS A DELETED REVIEW from Canon HQ Missisauga. If you are curious what lenses I bought they were. Tamron 17-50 f2.8 vc (bad) Sigma 30mm f1.8 or 2.0 (bad) Ef 50mm f1.8 (average) Kit lens 18-135 stm efs (exceptional) Tamron 70-300mm (average) Tamron 10-18mm (good) Sigma 18-35mm (bad) Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 no is (bad)

0 is not an option. They dont tell you that the boards aren't programed and are pretty well usless until You get them. And by that point ots too late also i was told that my service fee would be waved. But guess what it wasn't. And i asked to speak with a supervisor. But it took them a week for Bronco the supervisor to get back to me after various calls back. And when i finally received a call back he was not helpful at all.

Terrible. Bought a canon mix 492 printer about 6 months ago. Ink cartridge got stuck. I had to go buy another one. Today the ink cartridge ran out so I go to replace it, it’s stuck again. I call customer service the guy tells me this isn’t a problem. Not sure how this is not a problem considering I can’t print. Regardless canon won’t own up to the warranty on the printer. Never buying a canon product again.

Incredibly disappointed with customer service and the lack of accessibility. Have been trying to get through for 2 days to reach customer support for a fairly new printer. The website leads you in circles. Waited over an hour on the phone today for customer service, tried live chat while waiting and watched the countdown to my call only to be told there were no agents available. No one answers the phone at head office! Canon has lost my business. Not worth the one star but Google won't post otherwise.

THE SAME FOR ME POOR SERVICE, IMPOSSIBLE TO SPECK TO SOMEBODY THE PHONE TURN OFF AFTER RINGING FOR 1 MN TRY TO FIND A PIECE TO BE ABLE TO STILL USE MY MX870 AND NOTHING AND THE PRINTER THEY SELL NOW IT IS SO CHEAP CAN NOT BELIVE

The website needs tweaking. Frustrating website with panels dropping down as you move the cursor. Attempted to purchase ink with a total that came to 142 dollars only to find at checkout it had been changed to $14,200.00. Obviously I didn't go through with the transaction and I verified with my credit card company that all is well. Ink is expensive enough, we don't need glitches to add commas and zeros.

Worse printers made, technical support non-existant, cannot make printer connect to computer wireless or wired, nobody to help, no proper instructions, very poor manuals, CEO should think twice before hiring management. Bad company in general now. Will never buy a printer again, returned product to best buy right away. Bought another brand connected in 5 minutes.......... Think twice before you buy it.
