I saw a product online and since I am not a specialist in the field went o the store looking for help. Alison Thomson deserves 6 stars, the person that saw me on the 3rd floor not as much. Everything that is wrong with customer service followed, in a nutshell he completely dehumanized me and behaved as if I was interrupting something. When I told him about his behaviour he laughed at me. The sales manager was somewhat better, talked about how the "salesman" has knee issues and has been in the job for a long time as if that was the customer's problem and before I had an opportunity to finish, he interrupted me and asked Liam(?) to help me. To not waste more time I stayed, and Liam actually found a better product using basic customer service: listen, probe, offer options. It seems that the level of customer service is all over the place, going from complete ineptitude to deal with people to stellar. If you know what you need: pay for shipping. If you don't: good luck

I called them several times and they said that unfortunately they do not have it in stock. Then they said I got it in the store and I could pick it up. When it came to delivery, there were a lot of scratches on the back. I found out that this is an open box and they want to sell the open box product as brand new.

The staff in the store (specifically one woman with short-medium curly-ish hair) was extremely nice and went above and beyond to call the superintendent for me; as well as suggest other possible solutions. The superintendent helped me to get the phone out of the well. This review doesn't have anything to do with the products here but huge thank you to these two people. I'm sure they are very friendly to all customers as well! Thanks

I ended up buying a lens and an sd card and I'm very happy with both. The staff are friendly and courteous, and I definitely recommend Vistek. Thanks

Ended up special ordering a camera and lenses that had an arrival date about 5 months away. Didn't know this at the time of purchase and ending up asking to cancel my order. Their staff was super helpful and reached out promptly to the manufacturer for me to see if my order could be cancelled. I had almost no hassle on my end and I appreciate their kindness and help! Definitely recommend and will be shopping with them in the future!
