★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer experience. The women in the counter was too rude at my kid. My 6 year old kid unknowingly touched some chocolates in the shelf, the women wasn’t able to communicate quietly and that made my kid so upset, it took some time to bring my kid to normal. There was a gentleman asking her to not be so rude at kids and she responded him “Mind your own business”.
I agree that touching stuff during Covid is wrong and as a parent it’s my job to convey this to kids. Still there is a way to behave with kids, that too in public places.
If there is a rule, please put a board do that kids will strictly follow it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy staff rushed off their feet with no communication between team members. Twice in the past six months a prescription order for a vacation supply placed in plenty of time for my departure was cancelled by a second staff member without informing me. Only because I called did the prescription get reordered, otherwise I would have left the country with insufficient meds. This problem is caused partly by staff members failing to leave notes in a patient’s file. There is one very lovely and helpful pharmacy person but the remainder are rude and abrupt with no interpersonal skills at all. I’m taking my future prescriptions elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to their pharmacy and they were so helpful with my medication. My medication was supposed to be super drying to my skin and the beauty consultant recommended an amazing product that was soothing for my skin! Highly recommend
|

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty average shoppers overall. Not huge so selection is limited and there's only 1 manual cashier which can slow things down during rush hour. Highlight of this place is the pharmacy which is quick and seems to always have prescriptions day of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local Pharmacy so I deal with this team quite often. Every time I speak with a member on the team whether it be over the phone or in person they seem to be annoyed with my presence. When I call they often cut me off and put me on hold before I have a chance to ask a question or finish my sentence, and in person it takes about 5-10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter even though they look at me when I approach, but don’t acknowledge me or ask me to wait. I honestly think they are very busy so I understand they may not have time to help me right away but if they were a bit more friendly about it I would have no problem waiting.
Considering switching to another pharmacy as I feel stressed every time I need to interact with this team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is always overwhelmed with clients orders. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years and there is no time I have called with a question or concern that I have not be rushed off the phone. They treat you like a number and do not care to listen to anything that you have to say. Go get your medications somewhere else. This pharmacy is nonchalant about everything. After several years of exercising patience and hoping that this pharmacy will at least change their ways of interaction and providing services to patients for good. I can finally say it was a waste of my time hoping that this pharmacy will change. I am finally leaving this pharmacy and never having my prescription faxed here ever again.
