★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked appointments 3 times got the confirmation and got cancelled three time for no reason! What is going on? I had an appointment for tomorrow filled and sent the requested form and got cancelled today. What was the reason? and you cant even call them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I received twice junk mail from this pharmacy. It looks like they're going to close this place as they use this unethical practice of advertising. Wish them to go bankrupcy as soon as possible and maybe then they'll stop sending junk mail !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought hydrocortisone cream here yesterday the 2/19, I couldn’t check it because I was rushing to catch the 65 bus. I just opened the hydrocortisone cream box today 2/20 to use then to my surprise I noticed the tube was already open and squeezed from the middle like it’s been used. I removed the cap because I couldn’t believe it was open then noticed that the little silver seal was missing. I don’t know what to do now. I can’t use an open medicated product. If I were to go back and complain or to ask for a refund it’ll be a waste of time. I didn’t even believe what I saw myself.
My advice to everyone is when you make a purchase please check the product before you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wouldn't let me give a half star. I booked a flu shot on Saturday Dec 18th for Monday Dec 20th. I went in for my appointment today. When I went in, the person working the front desk was wearing a face shield but not wearing a mask of any kind (this is is direct violation of city by-law). I explained I was here for my flushot and that I had scheduled an appointment for 11AM. The maskless man responded that he was very busy (the pharmacy was empty) and could I reschedule? I explained I had left work to come to this appointment and could not reschedule and that further I wasn't comfortable with someone who isn't wearing a mask giving me my shot. The person then reiterated 'how busy' they are. Again, empty store. Left without my shot, employee didn't seem to care. Won't ever visit this location again. Absolutely terrible service.

It's exactly the kind of service you hope for in a community pharmacy like this. It's so nice to be treated with kindness, especially at a time where the staff is no doubt stressed out dealing with the weight of the pandemic. Thanks for the great attitude and everything you guys are doing!
