★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location for several years and today I had the WORST experience. The sales person was extremely rude and seemed to be looking for an argument. I asked her for a plastic bag and when she didn’t respond I assumed she did not hear me so I asked again. She then says” I only have 2 hands” Told her I thought she didn’t hear and then asked if there is a fee for a bag. She then mumbled something about being conscious of the environment. When I followed up by asking her what the response was about she gave a sarcastic apology. Worst experience I’ve had there thanks to her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for over 10 years and have always had friendly and professional service from the staff. There is a lot of variety in each category, and the prices are on par with other Health Food stores. This is my go-to spot for such goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I REALLY love their variety of herbs. Staff are friendly. My go-to place for weird unique dried herbs for my tea experiments. More food and vitamin based than household based, but you can find some natural household items here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so rude and condescending. Honestly, the worst herbal store I've ever been to. There was one time one of the staff members suggested I go online to the black market to find a supplement to keep me awake and alert. I vow to never go to this store again. Such a miserable bunch of people.
You're better off going to Nutrition House or the natural herbal store on the other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in cabbagetown for 8 years and have been here only 3 times...I'd love to get all my supplements from here but the staff is un friendly and condescending. On top of their un approachable staff, the prices are ridiculous. Last year I bought a natural sunscreen for $26...thinking it wasn't being absorbed because it was natural, I come to check it today and it was expired 2 months before I bought it and there's nothing I can do about it now. I wish Cabbagetown Organics had more supplements cause this place is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit here was greeted with a snarky remark from who I suspect was the owner. I was struggling through the door with my stroller and the first comment out of her mouth was "I just won't help those not wearing masks". While I can respect people's opinions, I shouldn't be ostracized for my personal choices that I am entitled to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On top of health food, this place has a fantastic selection of natural beauty products and brands, and accessories like yoga mats and beeswax candles. I found marshmallow root here, which I couldn’t find anywhere else in Toronto. Staff are friendly and even the music is great. Larger than it looks from outside.
