The owner is super kind and will bend over backwards to help you find what you are looking for. She is so passionate and knows so much about all the features/background of the products. You can tell she only brings products into the store that she can personally stand behind.

The owner is absolutely lovely and always willing to help. Can't wait to be able to shop in person again, post-lockdown!

When the owner learned that I had a newborn, she dropped off the items at my door. Amazing service. I can't wait to shop in store.

I find the owner extremely knowledgeable and able to answer my questions / provide recommendations whenever I need them. Such a friendly shop with beautiful items.

The owner was so beyond helpful, I couldn't have been more happy and relieved. Iv been shopping from her ever since... Also I know this is small, but she always leaves a little personal note in every order. I really find it so sweet, like I'm not just a customer, she genuinely cares. Such wonderful customer service, and literally the best selection for everything. Love!
