★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst location. Have never received an order on time. Made the mistake of ordered online for pick up tonight, the email confirmation said it would be ready at 7:03pm. Arrived at 7:25 knowing they would be late as per usual. They processed my payment and then told me they couldn't find my order. They hadn't even looked at it, it was sitting in a pile of backed up printout online orders. They hadn't even started let alone looked at it. I asked for a full refund and won't be ordering from them again. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Pizza Nova two stores down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Asked for the dips I ordered online and was told I didn’t paid for it. Called back to confirm that I ordered and the person working was very rude and raised his voice at me. Asked for a refund for the dips and was told he couldn’t because the owner is on vacation in Germany and wouldn’t be back until next week. What kind of store are you running?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super frustrating experience, ordered for delivery on a Wednesday at 6:20pm, website said 7:00pm delivery. By 7:20 nothing had arrived so I called and they said it left 5 minutes ago. Waited again and at 7:50pm called again and they couldn't offer any more information, all they said was the order is out for delivery. Third phone call at 8:10, they looked more into, again said the driver left with it five minutes ago and that they would call the driver and tell him to deliver it next. At 8:40 called again as the pizza still had not arrived, no one picked up this time.. Pizza finally arrived luke warm at best.
Not happy with this experience at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them for stars if I could. Off the bat Pizzaiolo is my fav place to get pizza, but this location is always a pleasure to order from. I met the owner today and he was so endearing. I love supporting places that are deserving like this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery is over an hour it took me 1.5hrs to get my pizza and I live 10mins away. Then head office gave me store credit for the same order. We ordered and had to pick up bc they said they wouldn’t deliver. They made us wait 15mins at the store only to realize the pizzas were in box waiting. The order was wrong so we left it behind. the worst customer service. Pizza isn’t just ok. Danforth pizza house is way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dry and overcooked. It had next to no cheese and no sauce. I didn't pass a few slices and ended up wasting food! I usually order from the other locations and this is the worst location yet! I also have to walk a few blocks back to my home and they didn't even have tape to close my box! Rude staff when I mentioned every other pizza place has a quality seal or hygienic sticker!
