Young female counter clerk is always rude, I once bought back a Med pizza because she didn't hear me say med pep pizza it comes only cheese I bring it back 2m later she immed says you didn't ask for pep I said I'm a reg here and I always order the same and you always serve me you don't remember me she starts screaming at me no you didn't say pep are you kidding me acting like I've never ordered here before and as if she would pay for the mistake what a joke for an employee never had this happen to me ever funny thing is she still works here jan 2022 even though I reported it to head office so much for customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh, delicious and always consistent. This is one of the best Pizza Nova locations in the city for quality pies. It's been solid since it opened and replaced the legendary Dangerous Dan's dinner a few years ago. You can always spot the manager in the back hard at work making sure everything is to his standard. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely terrible experience. The cashier and girl I dealt with tonight was extremely unprofessional. I was walking into the store and I saw her taking a piece of topping off and eating it. This is the same pizza we as customers eat. I literally saw her taking her mask off and eating it!!!!! When I told her she denied and started yelling at me!!!! She said that she threw it out , when she ate it in front of my eyes !!! I can’t believe that the pizza Nova staff has become one that has no mannerisms whatsoever. This was a very disturbing scene for me as a customer to experience. The girl was picking at food we eat!!! Please pizza Nova train your employees wirh professional ethics!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was good and staff were nice, overall solid experience. Only issue was I paid almost $10 for dipping sauces and was never given it unfortunately tonight.
