Now about the figure, unfortunately the figure have a little hole in the Tunica and some black spots around.
Maybe a factory issue? Maybe, but buying on line I do believe NMC could checked that before sent the item to me (the box looks like a book, was easy to check).
Talking about the box, one of the magnets was unplugged, making impossible to keep close like the box should to be.
Like I said to Austin, for situations like that you guys could offer a replacement/check the item before shipping (I saw 4 in the stock, they all have the same factory problem?).
Was a b-day gift and become something frustrating, unfortunately.

Keep in mind my experience is based on pickup and NOT on preorders, and that everyone’s experience is valid. Every company has problems with Funko preorders because of the nature of what’s going on (as well as being at the mercy of the distributors).
I placed the order around 1:13pm and by 1:30 it was ready for pickup. It was so quick and easy! The pricing is also very fair. Will definitely be buying most of my items here!

Very convenient "Add to Locker" option to deliver a bunch of stuff for free. There are minor email communication issues from time to time, but all lost requests are fixed in a blink of an eye with a Facebook communication. I'm glad that I found your store. Thanks.
