โ โ โ โ โ I like the design of the shoes and the quality. You need a certain personality to wear these. The staff was friendly and helpful. Worth checking out if you want shoes that make a statement. Price is around $300+

โ โ โ โ โ SUCH a cool shop!!! Reminds me of our own Irregular Choice (I'm Australian). Abounding with imagination & colour, this shop is like my version of kid in a candy store. Well worth a visit if you are in the area and you should definitely buy a pair too. Even if you are normally the black on black boring type. Live a little!!!

I bought some boots on sale while in lockdown, so I was unable to try the boots on before making my purchase. They ended up being smaller than I expected and the store staff made the exchange process incredibly fast and painless.
The boots themselves are also both gorgeous and incredibly well made. This is my first experience of buying from Fluevog, but it definitely will not be my last.

Bought these shoes valued at $400. First time I wore them, the back of the shoe ripped.
Sent them in for repair under warranty. They were fixed so poorly that before they sent them back, Chy Spain, the assistant manager called me to discuss the job.
He eventually sent me a picture, see the attached. In my opinion, this was a brutal repair job.
Chy said he can offer a full refund or 50% off my next purchase. I asked what happens if this rips again. He said the warranty is now expired and no further repairs would be offered. Not feeling confident at all that this hack job would last, I opted for the refund.
I was ok with the situation but my big turn off was dealing with Chy Spain. He does not have any customer service or phone skills. Not sure what he is doing in retail.
First time we spoke he mentioned the store was busy, did not have time to have a lengthy conversation which was cool and asked if he could call me back. I said sure and all I hear was click. No good bye, no thanks. Nothing, just CLICK the second I said ok to a call back.
Next time I spoke with him he would never let me finish asking my question. Rudely interrupted and then at one point I finally had to say โ if you let me finish my question to him. He was very rude and sounded quite cocky. Not sure why.
The entire experience coupled of having to deal with Chy was a real turn off.
Iโm not sure if I will buy from John Fluevog again but I am sure I will never walk into the distillery location again.

Super nice and helpful staff.... Here you can buy a large selection of very creative and quality footwear for both women and men, I did not buy shoes this time because it did not have the appropriate number for me, but I would recommend anyone to come to this beautiful place, he will surely like something .!
Would definitely shop here again.

โ โ โ โ โ You can really tell a lot about a store and their staff when you have a return to do. The attitude of Nuet and the store manager Chy was absolutely terrible and unwelcoming. The comments and demeanour of the 2 staff members made it abundantly clear that they were not happy with the return! When I was told by Chy that a transaction could not be found and I said "it was purchased here, you have the receipt" I was told by Chy "Relax, baby girl!" I actually asked "did you just tell me to Relax and call me baby girl"? I was shocked. Just rude, terrible, unwelcoming, unhelpful staff members. Returns should NOT be a problem. It is part of the job.
On another note, Michael who helped me with the original purchase was outstanding. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone and everyone who goes there. I got the Emil boot and love it.
