J	Justin Labine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fully outfitted my new apartment with furniture from Parliament Furniture; the prices, selection and helpful wonderful staff and delivery crews were awesome, had great suggestions and helped me in a bind when IKEA and other providers were all out of stock during the recent pandemic and it's effect on the supply chain. I go there now, just because of the ease of help and working on my schedule.

First 2 times I ordered I received my furniture within 2 days, on the last one I literally got my accent chair within 2 hours!! Everything I've ordered from here is high quality and feels like it will last a LONG time. I've been searching for a good alternative to Ikea furniture, not only is their stuff good quality but it's also affordable. You do pay a little bit more, but the quality is most definitely worth it. Shout out to the delivery guys too, they're super sweet and they carry everything up to your unit, a service that I don't think anybody is doing anymore for free. Genuinely glad that they could make furnishing my place so easy, I didn't think it was possible anymore without spending an obscene amount of money.

I was desperately looking for some furnitures during the pandemic. Most of Ikea stuffs were out of stock. I am glad that I walked in to this place. Parliament Furniture not only delivers great quality product but also prices well. I am glad that I found this place. Shop with community because it’s great!!! Plus, I was so anxious about not able to set up my home. Robert and his colleagues really attended to my request and care about their customer. It took 1.5 month to have this piece. Thanks to Robert, I think it’s relatively short delivery time during the pandemic. Check them out!! ( Finally chilling on my couch! Thank you!!!!! Parliament furniture!)

They are so friendly and cheerful, the bring the pieces to the apt and assemble it for you! That, and the satisfaction of buying from a local independent business in our neighborhood!

The only criticism I have is that the chest and wardrobe are a bit dusty as there is probably wood dust around the workshop. Spent a bit of time cleaned them before use. Also the edges are not perfect, corner of the formica chipped a little but it shows the cabinets are made by hand, not mass production/assemble from machines. You can even see the sketched line at times. Remind me of homemade furnitures by parents. Auburn color looks nice :)

I’ve even gone into the store and was blown away at how laid back, friendly and sincere the employees are. I believe it is a family owned business and not sure if the employees are part of the family, but they’re great people. The advice they give you is honest. They’re not pushy sales people using whatever sales tactics to get you to buy something from the store. The last time I was in the store my concerns about buying the right bed frame for my spouse and i were heard. Again, they weren’t trying to sell me a $1000 bed frame for the sake of the sale, rather they listened and agreed with the alternative that was much cheaper in price. On top of that, the free delivery and the service you get from the delivery guys somehow is also exceptional. I’m a huge proponent of shopping and supporting local. Parliament makes it easy for me to do this. Highly recommend this store especially if you’re in the city (Toronto) and even if you’re outside of the city.

The quality was excellent, quick delivery and the gentlemen delivering and assembling it were really professional and friendly. Lots of colors to choose from. Took a few more days than the 5 weeks suggested, and the delivery was delayed by a day, but that's okay. They were able to give me an updated whenever I called. So cute and worth the wait!
