★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 4 slices of different pizzas available. Without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. Felt like I am eating pieces of flour. No flavor, half cooked. Never going to this franchise again. 241 pizzas are good, but this one disappointed big-time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza are soggy and undercooked. It tasted really bad. Called many times you guys would the phone down. Fire the front desk Indian woman. She can't speak English. There were many instances where I have to repeat myself 10 times.

The driver is very rude, refused to deliver to my door.
Indian English speaking, hard to communicate.
Just dropped my food outside the building or maybe somewhere else.( I can’t find my food till now)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 241 pizza is the best of the cheaper chain pizzas, this location especially. Really great, friendly people working. If you can get a large pizza for like $10 and have it pretty tasty, that’s an all around 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous delivery driver. First off my pizza was 1 hour late. Then the driver lied and said he was downstairs meanwhile I have a concierge, he was never there. Then finally when he did arrive he argued with for 20 minutes saying that my bill credit was not applied meanwhile customer service confirmed the amount 3 times. I am disgusted. He was so rude and disrespectful. I am taking this to head office and district management. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY FROM A PATHETIC DELIVERY DRIVER WHO CAN'T DO HIS JOB
