Don’t discredit a store if you aren’t at home to receive your parcels. Most of them are rude af. You get treated how you treat others.

UPS reported back to shipper that the package had been delivered, and now we're out $1400 for a brand new iPhone. This all seems fishy to me - I believe that someone may have taken the delivery notice in and claimed my package, and the Mini Mart is covering their tracks because they didn't do a proper ID check. The signature that was provided to me (through Telus, from UPS) is nothing like mine at all. This UPS Depot needs to be shut down immediately. On a number of the several occasions that I went into the Mini Mart, UPS packages were left unsecured such that anyone could have grabbed one and walked right out.

I can understand frustration from people who lose a package to theft, but blaming this shop for that seems out of line, it's a perfectly nice convenience store.

Notified by the sender went and got it. Clean store. Efficient. Friendly storekeeper. Thanks. Just have yr ID and tracking number. I had to call Nebraska for that. Stop complaining. Opens too late.10 AM.
