★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst customer service from receptionist. After waiting on hold for far too long, the lady comes back to the line and I ask her if the clinic takes walk in patients. Immediately she responds "no" and hangs up on me as I was in the middle of talking to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a experience here that exceeded all expectations of a walk in clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I waited less than 10 minutes to see a doctor. Upon seeing the doctor, he was the most positive, comforting, and helpful doctor I have ever met. The entire experience brought a smile to my face and I left happier than when I came in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lam has been my family Doctor for many years.
Today I called to get an appointment with him because I have an ear infection and was told by the receptionist to call back in 30 minutes which I did.
When I spoke with her a second time she had mentioned that it had been a while since I've have been in.
I explained that I moved further away. She then asked if I wanted Dr Lam to be my family doctor still and I replied *yes*.
Then she told me that my chart is in a box somewhere. She kept implying that Dr Lam is to busy to see me...thanks for waisting my time.
She made zero effort to try and schedule an appointment with. I have taken time off work and to be honest will never go to see Dr Lam again.
What is the point of having a family doctor if you can't see them when you need to?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lam and Dr. Wong has been my family doctor for many years and I only ever have positive experiences. Both Dr. Lam and Dr. Wong are very knowledgeable and take the time to work with each client. Overall office is very clean, friendly, and caring towards their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen Dr. Lam since I was 7. I'm now 40. The confidence I feel with him is bar none. You are generally able to get appointments the same day you call which is a rarity these days. The office staff is ever so pleasant and both Drs. Lam and Wong know their stuff.
