Very good. Spent just over a month there for a broken hip Physio was great and very well graduated. Offered me more outpatient physio when I was done. Was the best hospital food I've ever had. The only down, and id was slight, was often calling nurse to reming her that it was time for pain killers. The best hospital experience I've ever had. ** Update** I was in again, this time for M.S. complications. It has gone downhill. Used to be 5 star and is now 3 - at best. The food was pretty bad - often inedible. The Tim Horton's on the second floor is not an option on bad food days. They have very limited selection, don't make sandwiches or have soups. If it ain't brown, they don't have it ;).

I just called Bridgepoint Family Health Team - Prenatal Clinic following the instructions on the website as it states "Open to all patients at BFHT, as well as outside referrals". A woman answered with a very aggressive attitude from the start, providing an answer even before I could speak and share what I was looking for "We are not taking new patients", then challenging what was stated in the website. Finally, she continued to reply with an increasingly fighting attitude when I asked if there was any other family doctor that could help me. I had to tell her that I was having a terrible experience with her - to which she answered " I am not having a good experience with you either, OK?!" It is not usual to find angry people spreading hate in medical centers and certainly does not feel encouraging especially when you are in need of a doctor. This deserves a review so people can learn that Bridgepoint Family Health TEam - Prenatal clinic is not a safe place to go. Imagen if this woman is in charge of your info and appointments? Still feel astonished minutes after this experience.

Impressed with the care that my dad is receiving there. Great team and everyone seems to communicate well. Good selection of food with lots of soup and sandwich options.

Good people git the help to get back on my feet and home to my family. Good place to get rehab. The physio therapists know what they are doing and do care about your health. The doctors are great.

Terrible place that doesn't actually do much rehab at all. My dad could walk with a Walker in sunnybrook hospital and deteriorated while at bridgepoint. Terrible food with old stale meals marred with terrible heated up fish over and over again. He hates fish and they wouldn't let him fill out a menu. The staff were CONSISTENTLY rude and cruel to my father. I was on the phone with him and the queen on the intercom hung up on him for calling twice. She hung up on him while he was APOLOGIZING for calling her by accident. How is this a hospital for people with brain injuries is beyond me. The Hennicks should be ashamed of putting their name on this dump.

My mother had a total knee replacement surgery and needed rehab. This facility provided a compassionate, helpful and caring place away from home for her.The staff who looked after her from nurse Annie (from the 2nd floor North wing), OT Amanda to the PT Jenny were all excellent! They took time to communicate with family if there were concerns that need to be clarified, answered questions or explained better to my mom who has trouble hearing and a language barrier. Kudos also to the maintenance/janitor who kept the room tidy and took the garbage out and made sure it’s empty before his shift ended! Cindy the pharmacist was very accommodating and efficient in coordinating her medication with her preferred outpatient pharmacy. I am truly grateful to them, to all the nurses (whose name i can’t recall ) and just about everyone who works so hard in keeping this place a safe and warm haven for people who want to get back on their feet after surgery, literally and figuratively. Keep up the good work.Thank you again.

Nursing care is second to none. Physio Therapy is on the point and has people who really care about the patient.. Carson and Micheal are the best. When you think of hospital food you think of the worst. This is the exception to the rule. I give the kitchen a 85%, great job. Laura the Occupational Therapist is very helpful and goes well beyond her duties. She has the greatest smile, keep up the great work. Dr. Tupper is the most chill Doctor around. He talks to you like a human being, not doctors talk. I made great friends here and will remember this stay forever. Blake Bell

My grandparents have both been here for quite some time. Bridgepoint was kind enough to place them in the same room. The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious with great views. The common areas are very nice and the staff are lovely. The food is decent for Hospital food. Only thing is a lot of the time the hallways smell of human waste
