I explained that I didn't need to see a doctor as I just needed bloodwork done and already had the form and he said the nurses aren't there either and they the place was closed....
T	Tay Shore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited this walk-in clinic a handful of times now and never have I had to wait long to see the doctor. I always walk straight in and leave shortly after. Dr. Alrayes takes his time to listen unlike a lot of other doctors I have seen in the past. I come all the way from the other side of the city just for this clinic !
F	Firas Najjar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse/ receptionist at the clinic is very kind and caring. My unpleasant experience is with Dr. Zeyad Alrayes. In both the appointments I had with him he was always in a hurry to finish with me. Each were around 10 minutes, despite him being my new family doctor. By the end of the second appointment I was very uncomfortable asking him to clarify my blood test results, he immediately walked out the door when he was done with me, with no acknowledgement towards me as a patient/ human being. I will be changing my family doctor since I felt I was not treated with respect as a patient that came to a doctor to learn more about their own health.

Dr. Al Rayes listened to all of my concerns and I was able to get the answers that I needed. I found him to be very kind and knowledgeable. I was even able to have my blood taken and my prescription filled all at the same location. I found the service to be quick and convenient and would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
s	stephanie liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor, worst clinic. Dr. Alrayes refuse to see us because the 19month old boy is not able to stay in the exam room the whole time of waiting. He was sitting in another exam room browsing website and on his phone. I explain to the dr. that it is very hard to keep 2 little boys in the room especially when they are sick and hope he can understand. He said "if your children is that sick, you can bring your kids to sickkids." Then he pushed me back and shut the door which caught my foot.
