There is excellent care available but nobody answers the phone between noon and 2pm which is unacceptable. Some (of the newer) receptionists are just plain rude and ignore patients when they're standing right in front of them. It's a good place if you don't mind having additional medical students sit in on your private appointments. Overall, it offers a wide range of services and good care.

Singular access point to the clinic is an elevator that wasn't working one time when I went by, so I just wasn't able to go to the doctor that day. I asked where the stairs were, but nobody was able to answer me. Appointments constantly run late. Every time I go, my appointment starts at least 30 minutes later that it was supposed to. Extremely limited evening hours makes this very inconvenient for people who work during the day. If you make an evening appointment for an acute condition, expect to be seen a month or more later. Clinic seems to have lost my consent form which allows them to contact me by email. The staff are mostly friendly and professional, and I appreciate that they do their best, but this is a very frustrating place to have to deal with.

Had been looking for a new family doctor for a while and was excited to get squeezed in for a preliminary phone call with Dr. Tepper, who I was told was accepting new patients. This was scheduled for yesterday afternoon and I made sure to block the time off my busy work calendar as I didn't want to lose out on securing a new doctor having moved to the area recently. Low and behold, after 2 months of anticipating this call, I received no phone calls at time of appointment. I followed up 20-ish minutes later and was spoken to, condescendingly, by the receptionist that I need to be "patient." (Honey, 20 minutes in any professional environment -- and, rightfully so, in a medical field is unacceptable). 3 hours and 30 minutes rolled by and still no phone call. I phoned in again and I was reassured by a different receptionist that this would be flagged to the doctor and that I would receive a phone call back by end of day. Unsurprisingly, no phone calls again. All that to say -- very poor experience with this clinic and would not recommend to anyone.

Sick and tired of the person answering calls making me feel like I'm inconveniancing them for calling, the tone, the being rushed it's pathetic. If you don't like your job then do something else it's 9:15 on a Tuesday April 5th and your already in a negative head space

I’ve been a patient since they’ve opened. My MD and all of the MDs I’ve met here are great, so are the nurses and NP. However there’s room for improvement for telephone reception. They need more training on recognizing when a patient should be booked to speak with an RN for triaging. I’ve been turned away a few times and have had to seek for a walk in clinic after hours/weekend. Then learned that I could have been seen by an MD if I was booked in their urgent slots. Some reception don’t even take the extra effort to inquire if your concern is urgent and only offer the next appointment, which is often a month away. I’ve also been booked incorrectly, wrong date. The email booking is the most useless, might as well not have it at all. Every time I email, I end up having to call. Their responses are slow, they misread my requests and the most frustrating was when they emailed me back a 1.5 weeks later with a cookie cuter message saying they had no email consent on file and therefore can’t book me in. They did have my consent, whoever replied didn’t check. Very frustrating and a barrier to healthcare.

I receive excellent care here. My primary physician is sometimes on leave but I trust the other doctors, who are genuinely concerned with their patients' welfare, and all of the staff are caring, friendly, and professional. It is also good to have them affiliated with St. Michael's, which I found excellent as well.

I had problem on my left hand. Dr.Graham Gaylord referred me to make an ultrasound in Sumac Creek Lab.I came there and wait 25 min. Then I received an answer that my procedures couldn't be made and was transferred to the next week. Next week I came again, wait in the almost empty ( no patients)waiting hall for 30 min.Then... receptionist called my name and said that my procedure was cancelled without any reason. I must to come again after 1 week. No any explanations made. Why it's happened to me? Please, find out the reason.I wish to know the name of tge person who refuse to make an ultrasound procedures. Thank you! Truly, Julia
