★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator always broken, cracks in foundation building was not properly built neither were the finishing touches. Doors falling off, things crooked, contact cement everywhere ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware the Parking! New use of the word "hourly", they mean "half hourly" (I know, the large print giveth, the small print taketh away). Managed by a private company who charges $39 (if payed in 7 days) or $69.75 should you make this mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lived here for 2 years now and have seen it go from the original regent park to a new revitalised regent park and its been amazing! just seeing the neighbourhood grow with new shops, new parks, new community oriented hubs like the daniels spectrum and the new community centre and pool has been very enjoyable. also a 10-15 min walk from dundas square!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevators are always out of service. Cheap material used for furniture. Missing the finishing touch in condos, cracks in ceiling and doors, unreliable motor for A/C and heater which had to be replaced in early years due to failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful building in a great neighborhood. So picture this. You are downtown but less noise more park space and can hope on the DVP in 1 minute. The building is very well built. The amenities are out of this world! Gym saunas a full size indoor basketball court, yes ! Squash courts, movie center, yoga studio , BBQ area, meeting rooms and so on..
excellent views and streetcars north and south of the building. Units are well designed and have great views. Loved living there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to live here for quite a while. Great builder, the community is definitely not that great but is improving rapidly. Responsive management team and concierge , restaurants/car rentals/banks around very convenient. Only thing I would complain is elevator
