I was comfortable with Dr.Mascarenhas but he sent my family msg saying that he won't continue with me my husband and my 3 years daughter ! And this happened after a problem happened to my husband in his clinic and because of his nurse and because the staff weren't responding to my emails so I told them that I will write a bad review under the clinic especially when I saw the amount of bad reviews the clinic had already have. He wrote a respectful msg about that he won't continue with me and my family but I was disappointed when they send us a dismissal from clinic msg !! I think that this is not acceptable I would say that the knowledge Dr.Mascarenhas has is very good . It's just after the clash that happened with my husband it seemed that it affected our relationship which I think it's wrong they were supposed to try to fix things at least with me and with my 3 years daughter!
R	Rami Sarieddine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been sick for 2 weeks and all they can offer is a phone consultation!!! If I want online Healthcare I can go to Google!! How can the doctor ever be able to check my son's chest for the proper diagnosis. Doctor didn't even bother to listen to the sound of his cough on the phone. It would have faster for me to fly to Dubai, get my son checked, medicated and fly back.

I emailed the office thirty minutes later and found out Dr. Manga opted to not call me because I don't have a local phone number. I called the next day and asked to reschedule over Zoom, Skype, or via whatsapp. The front desk said it was against their policy and the doctors thought it was unprofessional. Seriously? in 2022? Then the woman at the front desk recommended I go elsewhere and hung up the phone.
T	Thomas Jacob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a new family doctor and through HealthConnect was directed towards this clinic and Dr. Mascarenhas. All my appointments so far have been virtual. The first appointment was completed virtually in under 2 minutes. After which I had a blood test. The follow up was just a short email. When I requested an appointment when I was sick I was told I could only be seen digitally and when I went to a walk in for a check up, I was chided by Dr. Mascrenhas for going to a different clinic and told "it hurts his bottom line". Finally at my last appointment I was not even called. When I called the clinic the following day I was told that a note had been made in my file the previous day stating I would not need a family doctor because I was moving. Suffice to say I am not moving, and noone even made contact with me. Somehow the thing that irked me most was noone even apologized for no showing my appointment. All in all I've had a terrible experience with this practioner and this clinic. Trust this review and the others like it and avoid this clinic and this doctor.

Everything she has prescribed from diagnosing my psoriasis to prescribing my daily meds has been great. My old family doctor had been treating me for eczema for years and she was able to give me a proper diagnosis. It cleared up in literal days. Great doctor and good little clinic.
A	Ahmed Elwali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them (Dr. Jeffrey Mas.).. I went for ear flush, and he asked the nurse to do it.. she start pushing the water in my ear hard..despite telling her that I feel pain.. but she increased the force to the point it was to painful.. and the water comes out of me nose. And I felt pain in throat nose and ear.. and I was too dizzy.. the doctor didn't even apologize or care.. he said we didn't do anything wrong.. and it's what it's.. and let's see the next step which is having an appointment with an ear specialist after more than two weeks... I felt pain in my ear every day.. strange sounds.. and high whistle in my ear because of them.. the doctor didn't care about me ..I am just a patient from many.. I was unhuman behavior of careless of my pain caused by them.. don't recommend..
P	Pasta Mouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I had booked here as a new patient and was not given any indication that my appointment would be a phone appointment. I went all the way down to the office just to be told it was a phone appointment. One hour later the doctor still has not called me from when my appointment should’ve been. I called and they told me the doctor was just running behind. One hour behind is ridiculous for a virtual appointment. And my appointment was very early in the morning so I have no idea how she got so behind so early. The staff was uncommunicative and it was a complete waste of time.
